The villa features four beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and bespoke interiors created with effortless elegance in mind. Swim above the horizon in the infinity-edge pool, where uninterrupted sea views stretch endlessly before you — a truly immersive Ionian experience from sunrise to sunset. Four serene double bedrooms finished with refined details and premium comforts. Guests have full private access to the entire villa during their stay. This includes all indoor living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms, as well as the outdoor terraces, swimming pool, garden areas and outdoor dining spaces.

The property is gated & accessed via its own private driveway with electric gates, offering both privacy and security throughout your stay. There is private parking available within the gated property.

If both neighbouring villas are booked together, guests will have exclusive use of the both properties. If only one villa is booked, each villa remains completely independent with its own secure private gated entrance, terraces and pool area.

We personally meet guests on arrival in Nikiana and guide them up to the villa to ensure a smooth and easy check-in.

During your stay, our local villa manager lives on Lefkada and is available if needed, and guests can contact us easily by phone or messaging. We are always happy to help with recommendations, practical assistance, or arranging experiences during your stay.

Neighborhood

The villa is located in the hills above Nikiana, a charming seaside village on Lefkada’s east coast, with beautiful views across the Ionian Sea and the small islands just offshore.

Nikiana is only a short drive away and offers a selection of traditional tavernas, cafés, bakeries, small supermarkets and a relaxed marina, making it a lovely place for a casual meal by the sea.

The lively harbour town of Nidri is around 10 minutes away by car, where you will find a wide choice of restaurants, shops, boat rentals and island boat trips to nearby destinations such as Meganisi, Skorpios and Atokos.

The island’s capital, Lefkada Town, is approximately 20 minutes away and offers a beautiful marina, colourful pedestrian streets, boutique shops, restaurants and a vibrant evening atmosphere.

Lefkada is famous for its spectacular beaches, many of which are within easy reach by car. Some of the island’s most iconic beaches, including Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Kathisma, are located along the dramatic west coast and make wonderful day trips.

The villa’s elevated hillside location offers peace, privacy and breathtaking sunset views, while still being conveniently located for exploring the island.
