Villa Asteria offers a versatile layout, comprising of three separate spaces, always rented as one unit. A Maisonette with 2 bedrooms, an Apartment with 1 bedroom, and the Studio. This charming Villa accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably.

The Asteria Maisonette, adorned in a distinctive traditional Ionian red hue, features two bedrooms on its first floor, while the ground level boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen lounge area. The upper floor showcases the Master Bedroom with a four-poster bed and the Twin Bedroom, both offering en suite bathrooms with bathtubs, exposed beam ceilings, and private balconies unveiling mesmerising sea vistas. A lengthy balcony on the lower floor presents stunning panoramas—enjoy views spanning olive groves, the village of Nikiana, and the vast Ionian Sea extending to the mainland. The ground level hosts a welcoming living area with a fireplace (for winter escapes or remote working opportunities*), a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, and an additional bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen caters to modern needs, featuring an oven, ceramic top stoves, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, liquidiser, coffee maker (for filter coffee and Dolce Gusto espresso capsules), and an array of cooking utensils.

Situated below the Maisonette at the private pool level, the Asteria Apartment accessed through an outdoor staircase and private entrance behind stone alcoves, offers ample space, a Master Bedroom with a four-poster bed and an en suite bathroom, an open-plan lounge-kitchen area, and a separate wooden level with 2 single beds. The apartment's kitchen comes fully equipped, including essential amenities, and there's a shared bathroom with a shower and a small washing machine. A French door leads from the bedroom to the pool level.

Adjacent to the Apartment, the Asteria Studio accommodates 2 guests, boasting a double bed, an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, a dining area, and a compact yet fully equipped kitchen. A delightful touch—a small romantic table under an olive tree—invites you for a morning coffee with breathtaking views of the pool, sea, and mountains.

The property ensures comfort with air conditioning in all rooms, Starlink satellite Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs with Satellite channels, and a DVD player.

Each bedroom has its own en suite private bathroom and there are two more off the lounge both in the Maisonette and in the Apartment.

Dining

Maisonette, Apartment and Studio have their own indoor dining tables. There is also another big dining table with chairs by the pool that can accommodate up to 10, to enjoy your gatherings with our breathtaking sea views!

There is parking space for two-three cars inside the premises for Villa Asteria. More parking space can be found just outside of the main gate.

The property is a complex of 3 detached Villas and is gated. The gate opens with a code panel and closes automatically after 2 minutes.

The nearest village is Nikiana coastal village at 6-7mins drive down the hill, where you can find the beach (no waves, easy for children), restaurants, bars, pharmacy, grocery stores, ATM, boat rental, etc. The walk down to the village is a nice 25min walk that is good for exercise, especially the way up. We are located uphill (thus the amazing views) and for the drive up, although all kinds of vehicles can pass (even larger trucks) as the road is paved all the way, we recommend cars and not vans just for your convenience and also easier parking. We have also arranged delivery services up to the Villas from the nearest supermarkets, cafes and some food places.

Our staff have a discreet presence and our property manager is on call for your every need. We can also arrange for you extra services such as boat/car rental, massage, private chef, etc. Preferably let us know in advance in order to secure availability.
