Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway

The house is great, beautifully remodeled and well maintained. The boathouse is awesome. We docked our boat the entire stay, so convenient for our daily boating outings. The lake is gorgeous. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise each morning from this perfect stay on the lake.

Family vacation

My husband and I and our four kids (late teens to early twenties) came to visit my husband’s father, who winters in Leesburg. The house is amazing! It is very clean, open, and airy. The neighborhood is quiet, and the view of the lake is gorgeous. Hanna was quick to respond to our messages, and she was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice updated home

We had a wonderful time. Brought our pontoon boat. Plenty of parking for the trailer. Dock can accommodate a 23' boat. We found the pool very refreshing after a day of boating! Thank you Hanna for sharing your wonderful home.

All was as promised. Excellent kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms too warm (80f) and grease trap on grill super-full. The pool is lovely and well-maintained. Wonderful wildlife.

The house was perfect for our group. We had room for 4 trucks with boats on trailers. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was large enough for several of us to be cooking at once. The view made rain days better.

Family Gathering

Beautiful home and property! The home was clean and very comfortable. The property was well maintained. We had plenty of room for the 9 adults and 3 children. Everyone loved the pool and walks to the dock for wildlife sightings (much to our children's disappointment, no alligators were spotted!). Check in and check out was a breeze. All questions were answered very promptly. The location was perfect as we were looking for something between the Villages and the Parks. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. Neighborhood is very quiet. If you're looking for a very comfortable home for a large gathering that is within distance of the Parks, look no further. We will definitely rent again. And as a bonus, the owner was kind enough to return an item we left behind instead of just throwing it out.

Mid-Century Lakefront Gem with a Touch of Wild

Our group of 12 enjoyed a weekend at the Lakefront Getaway in Leesburg. Stepping into this property was like stepping into an episode of the Brady Bunch, thanks to the authentic mid-century design. The dwelling is an homage to the 70s, made more luxurious with its high-end remodel. From the gourmet kitchen to the plush carpeting underfoot, every detail was high end. The kitchen had gourmet appliances and the bathroom fixtures were incredible. The star of our outdoor experience was undoubtedly the pool. One thing worth noting for future guests is that the pool area's screens, damaged by the previous year's hurricanes, haven't been fixed yet. This led to a morning routine of skimming bugs from the water. While this was a minor inconvenience for us, it's something that might be of importance to other visitors. The host was exceptionally responsive which enhanced our comfort and peace of mind. Every question was met with a prompt and detailed response, which made our stay as smooth as possible. Our stay was spiced up with the sight of an alligator in the lake - a thrilling spectacle that didn't intrude on our enjoyment. Despite the pool issue, we had a fantastic time at this beautifully renovated property. The blend of luxury, mid-century charm, and a touch of the wild is truly unique.

Family gathering in Orlando

Place was easy to find and enough parking for our three families. Place was spacious with large kitchen & dining area. Place was mostly clean and prepared for guests. Fridge wasn’t perfectly clean, but nothing too bad . There was enough coffee for the first morning which was appreciated. Pool has screen structure, but close to half the screens are missing, so we had to spend an hour straining bugs and debris to get the water clean enough to swim, but once stained, the pool was fantastic. TV is hard to hear in large living area, but if everyone is quiet, you can hear okay. Appliances are new and function perfectly. Good communication from host. Overall, real good fit for our needs and would return again.
