This spacious three-level home was custom-designed from the ground up, with no expense spared to ensure a comfortable, convenient and fun vacation stay. The main level includes two bedrooms – a master suite with a King bed, and a room with two twins. An open living, dining and kitchen space maximizes lake views and the potential for entertaining and socializing. The dining area boasts a custom-made farmhouse table with two benches that can easily seat up to 12. The fully stocked kitchen includes two dishwashers and a 10’ x 5’ foot island, perfect for serving buffet style and seating an additional five guests. A 70″ flat-screen TV adorns the living room, which opens onto a sprawling screened porch with wooden rockers, padded seats, an additional dining table for six, and an attached grilling porch outfitted with a new Weber grill. The upstairs level is comprised of two large master suites – one with lake views, and both with luxurious baths and comfortable mattresses. Downstairs on the bottom level, a pair of bunk rooms sleep nine guests. This level also includes a full living room with a 70″ TV, and an arcade area with six game machines. A table for six and a second refrigerator complete the picture, making the basement level ideal for games and snacks.

The Neighborhood:
Chesnut Bay Resort and Pirates Bay Waterpark are nestled in a small community on Weiss Lake in Leesburg , Alabama.

Getting Around:
No outside golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local food recomendations.
