Welcome to our newly launched 8-bedroom home. spacious, stylish, and perfectly suited for larger groups. Located just a short drive from Leeds city centre, this property offers the ideal setting for family gatherings, friends’ trips, and work-related stays. 3 miles (or about a 15–20 minute drive approx) from Leeds city centre.
Headingley Station — approximately a 15–20 minute approx walk.
Burley Park Station — approximately a 20–25 minute approx walk.

Our property features 8 spacious bedrooms, each with a dedicated workstation that can be used by kids, working professionals, or even as a makeup station.
There’s ample storage in wardrobes and chest of drawers for all guests to keep their belongings neatly organized.
The 3 bathrooms are fully equipped with showers, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience for everyone.
