This lovely compact apartment has been finished to a high standard and features stylish furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings. The open plan living space features a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, dining table and a very comfortable sofa and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The cosy double bedroom features plently of storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located on Balm road in Leeds, you are in an ideal spot, whilst still being within easy reach of the City Centre. There are a few shops and cafe's on your doorstep but for more choice you can head in to the city centre which is just a short drive/bus journey away, or around a 40 minute walk. There is also a large Morrisons supermarket at the end of the road.
Getting Around:
Leeds train station has access to all major UK stations and is just a short car or bus journey away. There is a bus stop on the street outside with buses to the centre every 5 minutes. The city centre can also be easily reached on foot.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is available upon request and subject to availability.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and canât be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
