The kitchen is well equipped with modern units; dishwasher, oven and hob, large freestanding fridge/freezer, microwave and bluetooth speaker. The dining table seats six people. From the kitchen you enter a large open plan living area with occasional chairs next to a large wood burner. An additional corner suite gives ample area for the whole family to relax and unwind with a 55 inch Smart TV. French doors leads out to a patio area and enclosed substantial lawned garden with picnic table, parasol, barbecue and firepit. The views from the garden are spectacular.
The open plan wooden staircase leads upstairs to three bedrooms and a modern fitted house bathroom with a bath and overhead rain dance shower. The generous master bedroom has a luxurious Hypnos superking bed and views on two sides to the parkland landscape beyond. The second bedroom also has a Hypnos kingsize double, which can also be set as a twin if preferred. The third bedroom is ideal for children with generous solid oak bunk beds. A washer/dryer can be located in the properties outhouse next to the parking area, which also provides a space for bikes.
These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 50 guests.
