Welcome to Bramble cottage, a three bedroomed Grade II listed former farm workers cottage, stylishly renovated and set within the Knap Yard complex, with sweeping views of cherry trees, grass fields and woodland, the property has two designated parking spaces in front of the cottage. A gently sloped Yorkshire stone path leads through the enclosed south facing front garden, which includes a lawned area with surrounding picket fence as well as a patio area with picnic table, parasol, barbecue and firepit. The patio leads to a wider than average front door with added handrail providing easy wheelchair access. Once through the front door, the entrance hall is dominated by a bespoke Oak staircase built by the estate joiners, which leads upstairs to a landing and two first floor bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. The larger of the two has a Hypnos kingsize double bed which can also be set as a twin if preferred and views over the front garden and estate beyond. The room features bespoke limited-edition woodblock printed wallpaper designed by Annika Reed Studio. The smaller bedroom is compact with a Hypnos queensize bed and also enjoys views over the front garden.
Downstairs, the entrance hall leads to a light and airy double height living room which boasts an ultra-contemporary white Douvre sense wood burner, 42 inch Smart TV and modern corner sofa suite. Perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the estate. Through a door from the entrance hall, the large kitchen/dining room has windows to both front and back. The area has an extendable dining table and chairs that seats six people and a modern grey kitchen with hob and oven, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A door leads from the kitchen to the large ground floor master bedroom with a Hypnos kingsize double bed which can also be set as a twin if preferred. This spacious room also boasts an inset wood burner with two occasional chairs and a wall mounted Smart TV. The room also features bespoke limited-edition woodblock printed wallpaper designed by Annika Reed Studio. Adjoining is a generous and stylishly tiled wet room with added shower seat, handrails, a raised seat toilet and emergency pull cord system.
