The Hideaway is one of two cottages we're launching next door to each other - booking both is perfect for larger groups who need more space. The Retreat (the larger of the two) is launching next week.
Enjoy the perfect base for your Cotswolds adventures in this beautifully renovated two-bedroom cottage on Lechladeâs bustling high street. Thoughtfully designed and fully equipped, it has everything you need for a comfortable, cosy, and memorable stay.
PRIMARY BEDROOM
The cottage features a luxurious super king primary bedroom, a rare treat in a cottage, with an exceptionally comfortable mattress, crisp white linen, blackout blinds, and cosy interiors.
There's a vanity with mirror, plenty of storage and a stunning bed bench.
With all our properties - black-out blinds, fluffy pillows and extra blankets and quilts for your comfort,
COSY DOUBLE
The second bedroom is a snug double, designed for ultimate comfort. There's a drawer in the bed and clothes rack and additional storage on the landing should you need it. The bedroom has blackout blinds and gorgeous linens for cosying up!
LOUNGE
Downstairs, the lounge opens onto a private courtyard. Relax with a Samsung Art TV and Netflix, snuggle under cosy blankets, or enjoy the book corner with an adult beanbag and lap desk - perfect for reading, working, or creative time.
The sofa converts into a comfortable sofa bed for movie nights (note that we have curtained the lounge yet so it's not right for sleeping at the moment).
Despite the busy high street, the lounge at the back is quiet, private, and not overlooked - it's the perfect space for a working staycation in peace!
COURTYARD
The courtyard has a gorgeous bistro set for 4, seat cushions and the perfect place for a coffee in the morning or evening wine!
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need: Montpellier fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave, Nespresso with plenty of pods, full utensils, and a kitchen cleaning kit including foil, cling film, and baking paper. The dining area is styled for hosting, so you can enjoy meals in comfort and style. Extra touches include hot chocolate and Biscoff biscuits.
BATHROOM
The bathroom features a luxurious bath and a powerful shower for a refreshing end to your day. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and a few essentials in case you forget anything.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the cottage, including both bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining space, and courtyard.
One free parking space is included - please note larger vehicles may need alternative parking due to the archway. Let us know your model ahead of time and we'll be able to advise on parking.
One well-behaved dog is welcome - our pet fee is ÂŁ40.
Other Things to Note
The cottage is on a lively high street, so light sleepers may notice some traffic noise; ear plugs are provided. For more quiet, our neighbouring retreat cottage tucked at the back may be more suitable.
Check-in is 3 PM, check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.
This cottage is the perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds, with everything thoughtfully provided for a cosy, comfortable, and fully equipped stay.
You have full access to the entire space.

One well behaved dog is welcome - our pet fee is ÂŁ40. Make sure you bring all your furry friends travel bits as we don't provide anything.
If you're a very light sleeper, you may wish to book The Retreat (the cottage next door launching next week!) as this property is situated on a lively High Street with some traffic noise - we do provide ear plugs for a great nights sleep.
The archway isn't suitable for very large vehicles, so please get in touch to discuss parking options if you're unable to park on-site.
