THE COTTAGE
KITCHEN – Modern kitchen with granite counter tops, recessed lighting, extra-large sink under bright window and stainless-steel appliances - gas (propane) stove/oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee grinder, Keurig & Mr. Coffee coffee machines, microwave, toaster, griddle, waffle iron, blender, crock pots, mini food chopper, rolling pin, pantry items, etc. Fully stocked with dish sets, silverware, pots and pans, mixing bowls, pitchers, cups, wine glasses, mugs - everything needed to prepare meals. Exterior door to patio with large gas grill/BBQ.

DINING ROOM – Open dining room off the kitchen and living room with a large table under chandelier lighting for everyone to eat together. This cottage features a bonus, beautifully decorated and screened-in dining area outside with stunning views of the Lake too!

LAUNDRY – Full size, stackable washer and dryer located in 1st floor full bathroom. Iron & Board. Clothing hampers provided in each bedroom.

BEDROOMS – Pillows, blankets, bed sheets, and bath towels are provided.

LIVING ROOM – Bright living room provides a comfortable place for family to gather with a soft leather couch and loveseat, additional oversized chairs and rocking chair. Watch movies on the large, flat-screen Smart TV with DVD player, or curl up in front of the stone fireplace. Board games, toys, and books for children too! A double set of French doors lead directly onto the porch. Additional door leads to outdoor dining room.

PORCH - Large wrap around porch with the best views of the lake that Mount Gretna has to offer! Relax on porch swings, rocking chairs, and comfortable furniture surrounded by large rhododendron bushes and mature trees. Separate, screened-in, outdoor dining room with large table plus additional back patio with BBQ!

Bathroom 1: 1st floor full bathroom with toilet, modern, European-style basin sink, stand up shower, stackable washer & dryer (full size).

FIREPLACE – Available from October through April, please enjoy the indoor, gas log fireplace located in the living room of the cottage.

PARKING – Two (2) off-street parking spaces and two (2) on-street parking permits provided. Please note, on-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police.
