Pull into your designated parking space (that’s right, no need to pay for parking) and ascend the stairs to your front door. You’ll be greeted by a generous tiled foyer that leads to an open-concept space allowing your friends and family ample room to congregate. You’ll be delighted by the warm wooden cabinetry and granite countertops in the kitchen and find everything you need to whip up something delicious. The plush sofas will beckon you to sit, relax, and enjoy as a movie plays or a great conversation unfolds filled with hearty laughter and all the ingredients for making memories. A balcony just off the dining room offers a peaceful perch to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Turn the other direction and you’ll find you are at the opening to the Waterfront Park trail system that follows the Wenatchee River and encircles Blackbird Island. It is an enchanting area to sit on a sandy beach, birdwatch, or simply stroll the paths admiring the flora and fauna of our little mountain town.

There is one assigned, covered parking spot for this unit. Clearance for the covered parking area is 8'.

This is a second-floor condo and you will need to climb a set of stairs to get to the unit. No elevator is available.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
