Welcome to Ski Hill Getaway, a magnificent four-bedroom retreat perched just above the Bavarian paradise that is Leavenworth. Minutes from town and only two blocks from Leavenworth’s Ski Hill, the home offers prime access to year-round activities and a plethora of private amenities as well. Outside includes a hot tub, a pool (seasonally), and a gazebo furnished for outdoor entertaining in the warmer months. In-home entertainment options include multiple living areas, a board game nook, and a second TV room that doubles as a game room.

While here you will find it easy to unwind in the living room with your beverage of choice or binge your favorite series on the smart TV. A separate, more secluded TV room adds a flexible entertainment option where you can even partake in some friendly competition at the air hockey table. The large kitchen features ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a variety of cookware for easy at-home meal planning. The casual breakfast nook offers sunrise views and seating for four while the dining table can accommodate your group for more formal meals. The adjacent puzzle/gaming table is the perfect spot to enjoy some old-school fun with a great selection of puzzles and board games for you to choose from.

Primary guests will enjoy a spacious bedroom complete with a marvelous en suite bathroom equipped with a large soaking tub and double vanities. The attached home office is an added bonus for guests needing to work remotely during their stay! An additional full bathroom is shared between the other two guest rooms and a half-bath is available for household use.

Make the most of summer days in the private pool or take a break from the heat under the shady gazebo. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a backyard barbecue served at the table set up with plenty of seating under the covered patio. The hot tub is ready for you to relax and unwind in after a day of exploring! If you’re looking for a place to adventure, Ski Hill is just a five-minute walk away and there you will find plenty of hiking and biking trails, tubing and skiing opportunities in the winter months, and a gorgeous lodge overlooking all the fun. In the summer months, you can also watch an evening show at the outdoor amphitheater located just a short walk from the lodge!

This home does have an alarm system, but it is not armed or in use during your stay. You will see the sensors.

There is a second garage area that is locked off and not included in this rental. No garage parking is available.

There are no security cameras in use at this home. There is an old camera system in the driveway area and it is disabled and non-functional.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
