Welcome to Pine & Peaks, a charming retreat offering both seclusion and adventure, just 1 mile to Lake Wenatchee. Whether you're seeking cozy winter nights by the wood stove or summer days exploring the great outdoors, this cabin has something for everyone and is an ideal getaway in any season.

With multiple levels, two living spaces, and cozy nooks, this home is designed for both relaxation and togetherness. Gather around the wood stove and watch the snow fall through the French doors or sink into the hot tub under a canopy of stars after a day of hiking or skiing. The back deck is perfect for your morning coffee, afternoon picnic lunches, and evening happy hours while soaking in the crisp mountain air.
When it’s time to dine in, the fully stocked kitchen makes meals effortless. Fire up the propane BBQ for a cookout or take the conversation outside to the secluded fire pit—the best spot for storytelling and s’mores (available seasonally).

Winter Wonderland – Just 30 minutes from Stevens Pass, this cabin is a dream for skiers, snowboarders, and snowshoers. You can also enjoy cross-country & snowshoeing trails and sledding areas closer to the lake and in Plain!
Local Charm – Explore Plain for a grocery stop, ziplining, cozy dining, ski trails, snowmobiling, & sleigh rides or head to the Bavarian-themed town of Leavenworth for breweries, wine tasting, shopping, and seasonal festivals.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is limited to no cell service at the home and when you are traveling towards the home. We suggest you download google maps offline, and plan to connect to the WiFi as soon as you arrive. WiFi details are found in the welcome packet.
If you are arriving later in the evening or after dark, we strongly suggest you pack/purchase groceries prior to arrival. The cabin is ~30 mins from downtown Leavenworth. Just Plain Grocery & Gas is approx. 15 mins and is typically open 8am-7pm, with hours subject to change.
**NOVEMBER TO APRIL**
We can’t stress enough that snow tires, all-wheel-drive and chains are necessary to get to this home during the winter season. It is important to monitor road conditions for any mountain pass that you will be traveling over. **Please note, under RCW 46.37.420, drivers must carry tire chains when traveling through designated chain-up zones during winter weather. This regulation helps improve traction and prevent accidents on snowy and icy roads.
PROPERTY RULES:
1. Max Occupancy: 8 guests, all ages
2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles (trailers included)
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. Trash shall not be left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
PROPERTY VIOLATIONS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

PETS ALLOWED:
We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $200 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS
We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles (boat/jet ski/snow mobile trailers are included in this count). There are two driveways for parking that can allow you to park by the front entrance and down below by the back entrance. In the winter months, only the driveway to the front entrance will be available for parking. **RVs and RV trailers are not permitted
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, there are three outdoor cameras that overlook the main entrance points to the home, back of the house and hot tub. Cameras are there to help monitor weather, potential wild animals and for guests' safety. There are no indoor cameras. **Tampering with cameras is immediate cause of eviction.
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits
