Welcome to Bavarian Suite #22 - a two-bedroom suite centrally located in the heart of downtown Leavenworth.

If you`re looking to experience Leavenworth and all it has to offer, you`ll appreciate that you can do so the moment you step out the front door onto Commercial Street. This 4-plex provides simple yet comfortable accommodations, and its location truly can`t be beaten. Each suite comes stocked with all the necessities, including cookware, hotel-quality linens, cable TV, a coffee maker, and more!

This listing is for unit #22 in particular, which includes one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another with a king-sized bed, as well as a pull-out couch in the living room. If you`re interested in bringing a larger group, please reach out if you would like to hear about the other three attached units we have available. While each unit is rented separately, together, they can accommodate larger groups.

Whether you`re in town for one of our many festivals or you`re looking to enjoy some wine tasting, you will have easy access to all of the ongoings, and you won`t have to worry about driving home. With boutiques, restaurants, tasting rooms, artisan shops, and more just outside your front door, you can toss the car keys aside and explore by foot instead!

In addition to being close to downtown festivities, this location is also great for anyone looking to pursue the many outdoor activities Leavenworth provides. Picture coming back to this cozy cottage-style suite after a day of mountain biking up our local Ski Hill, or after floating the Wenatchee River, which is walking distance from the unit. The possibilities are endless, and you get the chance to choose your own adventure!

Location is very spacious and photos do not do it justice. It is an easy walk to shops downtown, but just far enough away where you can get some quiet. There is construction going on next door, but it was not disruptive to our stay.

The place was very clean. Was so close to downtown. We walked to everything. Was very welcoming to have the fans and ac on already when we entered. The place is so cozy. A few minor things I would suggest to add would be a few more hooks near bathroom sink(no place to hang wet wash cloth if hand towel is on the only hook),maybe a night light for bathroom, a lock on bedroom door and a much larger tv would be great (I think the one there is probably only about 32" if that). Be aware the walls are extremely thin. Was a bit concerning when we walked in and saw earplugs available for our use. We could hear our neighbors talking. These were just minor issues. The living room furniture is very comfortable as well as the beds. Over all our stay with our elderly parents was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. It was lovely being able to walk everywhere and not have to worry about paying to park. No dishwasher and the stove is rather old (couldn’t get one of the burners to work), but it did the job. Very clean, good communication. Will definitely stay here again!

The carpet was filthy. You could not take your shoes off on the carpet. The house smelled of wet dog. Even half the towels smelled of wet dog. Thankfully we brought a couple towels and hand towels of your own. The sink barely drained and would fill very quickly. The shower drain did not have a cover, only a hole that barely drained. No telling what was in the pipes. We would have to stop during showers to let the water drain, so the water would not come out the shower area. The property management company was notified 3 different times and consistently lied to us saying they would come and fix it and never showed. Horrible experience. Company could of cared less, since booking made us pay all costs ahead of time.

My Daughters, auntie and I truly enjoyed our stay. The close proximity to the shops while still being in a quiet area was wonderful. We loved to sit out on the deck, and even the horse road by the rental while still feeling secluded.

Just ok

The sheets in the master bedroom had cosmic brownie crumbs all over them as did the carpet in living room. The kitchen had poor quality items to use.Location and checkin process were great.
