Welcome to the Bavarian Gasthaus, Suite C - offering a single king studio unit that is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Leavenworth.

This cottage-style 4-plex offers excellent value and is the perfect accommodation for visitors who want a simple, convenient place to stay without all the fuss. Located in a converted historic home, it even comes with free parking downtown, so you can explore without battling or paying for a parking spot!

Each hotel-style suite is like a cozy little nest, equipped with all the basics: a microwave for your late-night popcorn cravings, a standard 12-cup coffee maker to fuel your mornings, cable TV to binge-watch your favorite shows, an iron and ironing board for pretending you’ll actually iron something, a hairdryer to blow away bad hair days, and a mini-fridge to keep your snacks and drinks chilled.

As it's an old historic home, you might hear some noise from the neighbors—consider it part of the authentic charm! Easy access to the unit with clear instructions/communication from the management company. Can’t beat the location! Very walkable. Room is cleaning comfortable, the heater was a bit tricky but once we figured that out, it was great.

The bed was big and comfortable! The showere was excellent. The fridge has a slight haunting hum but we tracked it down and the room was not haunted..lol..we were there for Halloween! One suggestion is to take the toilet paper roll off while showering as there is a slight spray that dampens it! But loved our stay and will stay again!

Perfect location. Enjoyed the walkability and included parking. Room was clean and the overall vibe was cozy and quiet. We appreciated the little details and hotel-like amenities like the stocked coffee/tea bar. Check-in and out was easy as could be.

This place is a great location for anything to do with the downtown Leavenworth area! It is 1/2 block away from the Octoberfest festival hall! As others have mentioned, it is close to a slightly busy side street. My friend is a light sleeper but didn't have any issues. The noise from the street is not that bad after 10pm but does pick up a little around 7am. Not enough to wake us up though. We did have the widows closed at night. The location was awesome. The only negative was the parking. The parking spots are a little tight. Depending on which room you reserved, if you have a large truck/SUV (i.e Ford F250, Chevy Suburban, etc) you might have some difficulties getting in/out of the parking spots. I would not hesitate to book this place again!!

Very convenient location with free parking. Almost all of the parking in Leavenworth is paid parking. The free parking at the room within walking distance of downtown was perfect.

Room was very nice with extra thoughtful amenities. Nice to have free parking, just have to watch the guide wire. Temps were high during the day, but cool at night. We turned off the noisy air conditioner and opened a window which was great... Until the early morning street cleaners, truck deliveries etc. If the windows had been closed the noise wouldn't have bothered us. It was perfect for our needs. Bed was very comfortable.

Short stay

Convenient and very close to everything. The only place we drove to was the reindeer farm which was a 3 min drive. We hiked Colchuck Lake, went tubing down the river, enjoyed the restaurants and shops downtown. I gave the cleanliness 1 star because there was human hair all over our sheets. They did bring clean sheets the next day so we could make the bed.
