Welcome to the Bavarian Gasthaus, Suite B - offering a single bedroom unit that is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Leavenworth.

This cottage-style 4-plex offers excellent value and is the perfect accommodation for visitors who want a simple, convenient place to stay without all the fuss. Located in a converted historic home, it even comes with free parking downtown, so you can explore without battling or paying for a parking spot!

Each hotel-style suite is like a cozy little nest, equipped with all the basics: a microwave for your late-night popcorn cravings, a standard 12-cup coffee maker to fuel your mornings, cable TV to binge-watch your favorite shows, an iron and ironing board for pretending you’ll actually iron something, a hairdryer to blow away bad hair days, and a mini-fridge to keep your snacks and drinks chilled.

As it's an old historic home, you might hear some noise from the neighbors—consider it part of the authentic charm! The floors might be a bit uneven, adding an extra challenge to your midnight bathroom trips. And there might be a slight musty odor, just to remind you of the building's storied past. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Large refrigerator was helpful and microwave and coffee maker. Table and chairs was a plus for eating or playing games. Lighting in living room was poor - a reading lamp would be helpful. Parking was very good and we could easily walk all over town without having to pay parking fees.

Efficient easy stay

Nice location, just was surprised that the listing said microwave and coffeemaker, and that meant that’s all there was. Good sized fridge, but zero ability to cook anything other than via microwave. Was a challenge for our plans as we had planned to make sausage and hashbrowns for a 5am breakfast before departing for the Enchantment through hike. We made do. But don’t expect to cook. Good sized little place. Worked well enough. Easy checkin for sure.

This was a perfect little home in a 4 plex located on the edge of downtown Leavenworth shops, and 1-2 blocks away from the Wenatchee River Institute where we were attending a wedding. It was simple, comfortable home that made the weekend with our kids and pup a total breeze!!! Thank you!

Exactly as advertised. Easy downtown access/parking. The shower water pressure (low flow shower head) and blow dryer (switch stuck on low setting) were really the only two details that were a little disappointing, but overall, a great place to stay.

Amazing location and perfect place to stay

We picked this place because of the great price and location, but I didn’t realize how close to town it was, absolutely amazing! It’s such a cute house and bigger inside than I thought, no musty smell and was really clean. Perfect for myself, husband and our two year old. The Roku TV was a big bonus to just sign in to our streaming sites and have my daughters favorite shows ready to go! Thank you for having us and can’t wait to come back! For suite B

Girls birthday trip

What a cozy place to stay for our birthday trip! Loved that we could bring along my friend's fur baby Gracie. Great location, so close to the village. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Place was very clean.

Clean, comfortable condo in convenient location!

Booked somewhat last minute for a sister weekend getaway. This property checked all the boxes in terms of location, price, and space to hang out/eat in addition to the bedroom space. It was clean and comfortable and right in town so was easy to pop back and forth as needed. The water pressure in the shower was the only 'issue' we had. It could have been stronger/better shower head. I would stay here again. Just be sure to also note the one car limit for parking. We were fortunate for the time of year (April) that we found close street parking in residential area - but may not always be the case.

The place could use some tlc (i.e. the shower faucet is broke and weak, cobwebs, smell covered by strong air freshener.) Guessing a smoker was in the next unit..was not ideal. Besides that, it's in a perfect location.. close to everything but far away enough that it was quiet while we were there.

This was a great place to stay. It’s right by everything but far enough away where it stays quiet. It’s walking distance to everything on Front street. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but simple and cheap updates to the property and attention to detail would make this place so much better. The property has outlets that were loose and moving around in the walls. The comforter on the bed smells of BO. The sheets were clean, but the decorative comforter and pillow cases were definitely not.

Great location

Great location right near everything. Place was perfect for our needs. Bed was very comfortable and the pullout couch was more comfortable than most. I suggest making sure to let guests know they need to push the check mark to lock the door when leaving.

Cute place and great location!

Everything as advertised. Perfect location. My one wish would be to be able to park on the spot, even if we couldn’t check in. We reached out to the property manager, who said the cleaners were using it. Even though the cleaners were long gone and obvious the parking spot for our unit was empty.
