NEIGHBORHOOD

Leadville is America's highest incorporated city at 10,152 ft — a historic mining town with a revitalized Main Street full of restaurants, breweries, and shops. Pine Street Retreat is one block away on a quiet residential street.



Walk 1 minute to Main St restaurants and bars. Walk 5 minutes to Two Mile Brewing, Tennessee Pass Cafe, and the Tabor Opera House. The Mineral Belt Trail (12-mile paved loop) is accessible on foot.



Drive 12 minutes to Turquoise Lake or Ski Cooper. 25 minutes to Copper Mountain. 30–50 minutes to Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Beaver Creek — all without I-70 traffic.



GETTING AROUND

A car is recommended for arriving in Leadville, but most of what you need is walkable. Free parking garage on premises. Nearest airports: Denver (DEN, ~2 hr 15 min) and Eagle County (EGE, ~1 hr 15 min, seasonal). Rideshare is limited — plan on your own vehicle for trips beyond walking distance. Winter: AWD or snow tires recommended Nov–April.
