Please be advised of the following:



- **Winter Travel:** During the winter months, we strongly recommend having a vehicle with 4WD or AWD due to potential snow and icy conditions in the area.



- **Entertainment Options:** Please note that there is no cable TV service available in the cabin. However, we provide an antenna for access to some local channels, although reception may vary. Additionally, guests can enjoy streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and more using the provided Blu-ray player. A selection of DVDs is also available for your entertainment.



- **Fireplace Usage:** For safety reasons, fires are not permitted in the fireplace. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.



-**Please note that The Haven does not have air conditioning (A/C) available. However, the cabin is nestled amidst the wooded Black Hills, providing natural shade and a cool environment during most of the year. Additionally, fans are provided in the cabin to help circulate air and keep guests comfortable. If you have any concerns or require further assistance regarding temperature regulation during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
