This wonderful 2300 sq. ft. custom-built cabin is a perfect base camp for your Black Hills adventures no matter what time of year. Whether it's you and your friends visiting, a corporate retreat, or a family reunion, this spacious cabin is perfect for your friends and family to enjoy time together making memories.

The cabin is located in the Terry Peak subdivision, just a mile from the Terry Peak ski area with it's amazing local skiing/snowboarding and summer events like archery tournaments and more! It's in the heart of the northern Hills recreational corridor, where you can enjoy ATV/snowmobile trails just minutes from the property, great hiking and waterfalls in Spearfish Canyon just 15 minutes away, enjoying a local concert or some gambling in Deadwood just 15 minutes away, or a scenic 1 hour drive down to places like Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Custer State Park, Black Elk Peak, Sylvan Lake, and more!

The property is a 3-level cabin with a loft above the garage turned into a game room perfect for kids! There's also a 2 stall garage great for ATVs, snowmobiles, or a vehicle or two. There's also a drive-through driveway on the side of the garage so it's easier with a trailer. As you walk into the main living room, you're greeted with an open floor plan great for entertaining. The well-stocked kitchen, dining, living and coffee bar all seamlessly come together for a great space to enjoy time with your friends and family. There's a bedroom and bathroom on the main level as well. The kitchen area walks out onto the deck with a private forest view, and outdoor furniture. As you go upstairs to the loft, there's multiple queen and double beds perfect for getting some shut-eye after long days enjoying the area.

The lower level is complete with another living area and TV, pool table, wet bar with an additional coffee maker, and a walk-out to the covered deck with a 6-7 person hot tub! There's two more bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs as well.

One of the best parts, you'll all enjoy the retro-style game room above the garage that's complete with a foosball table, x-box, Ms. Pacman arcade game, and some board games. It's perfect for kids and adults alike, and is private away from the bedrooms. There's also 2 futons in the game room for additional sleeping.

There's also parking available around the property for trucks/trailers for those wanting to bring your snowmobiles, ATV/UTVs to enjoy everything the Black Hills has to offer.
