Note - The location of the property does not have good cell phone coverage, but does have a good internet connection. so plan accordingly. It's also required to have 4WD/AWD Vehicles to access the property in the winter months. 4WD or AWD Vehicle needed in the Winter Months. The last section of the road leading up to the property is steep and gravel, so care should be taken when traveling in the summer months to the property with a trailer as well. Longer trailers may be difficult to get up the steep road to the property and/or reconsidered. It's highly recommended to have tire chains when visiting in the winter months.
