Welcome to Living It Up - a brand new 6 bedroom lodge located in the heart of the Northern Hills recreational corridor in Powder House Pass! This custom 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom, has been fully designed and furnished to help your group feel at home, provide ample space to spread out and enjoy some entertainment, and set up the perfect location for you to enjoy everything the Black Hills has to offer!

Living it Up is perfect for everyone in your group with zero steps leading into the main level from outside. As you walk into the main living area, you're greeted with large windows, plenty of natural light, and a huge open living/kitchen/dining area with vaulted ceilings! The large well-stocked kitchen area has a full refrigerator, and separate full freezer, along with an expansive kitchen island great for cooking meals with your friends and family! The living area is full of windows with a fireplace, and TV. The dining area is just off the kitchen with a large patio door that leads out onto the large patio area. There's a gas grill on the patio area along with a cozy hot tub with a great view of the stars, and enough space to enjoy some time outside with your group. There's also 2 bedrooms on the main level just off the living area! The upper level includes a loft with a pool table, a bar area, and two more bedrooms. There's also a large two car garage on the main level just off the kitchen area, ideal for parking your snowmobiles or ATV's that you've brought along for your adventure filled vacation! We've supplied additional chairs and folding tables in the garage as well for extra seating!

The expansive lower level includes a large living area with flat-screen TV great for movies, along with another mini bar. There's 2 more bedrooms in the lower level as well along with bunk beds, and makes for a great place for your children.

Outside there's a drive-thru parking lot making it great for when you're pulling a trailer and want easy access in/out of the property without having to maneuver a trailer or unhook it in the driveway. It's located right on the main road through the subdivision, just a couple minute walk from the expansive clubhouse with its game room, outdoor heated pool open all year, and new larger pool open in the summer months. ATV and snowmobile trails can be easily access right from the cabin, as they're located just on the outside edge of the subdivision.

Deadwood is also just 15 minutes from the lodge with taxi service that will come to the property! You can also be enjoying Mount Rushmore, Keystone, Sylvan Lake, Custer State Park and more within just an hour drive!

Overall, the house was as described and a great fit for our needs. We were there for an out-of-state wedding, and we needed the large house. We made the accommodations work for 25 people, but queens vs double beds would have been SO much easier for two people per bed. The kitchen was wonderful with almost everything you could need. I only have two complaints. The first was a terrible woman who drove around the neighborhood before check-in, making sure no one tried to check in early. She was extremely rude and condescending and didn't even listen when I tried to tell her I was only waiting OUTSIDE for a FedEx delivery of wedding flowers that I didn't want to die in the heat. This was a few hours before check-in. I didn't try to get inside; however, the cleaning crew offered to let me store the flowers inside, once they were delivered, but the rude woman in the jeep came by and told them no, absolutely not, even though the cleaning was already done. VERY unaccommodating and unhelpful. When I tried to call the "on-call" property managers (there were supposed to be two of them), neither answered, neither called me back, and no one ever followed up the whole week I was there. The house was great, but I will never deal with that company again, and I suggest that you find a personal rental, if possible, with humans to deal with. Oh, and the microwave broke two days before we left, but I didn't even bother to call. No one cared. Nice House, but very disappointed in the management!

Full Family Trip!

Thirteen of us came and had an amazing time. The property was beautiful, modern, fit in with the surroundings, and very clean. We have stayed at many Vacation homes all over the country, and this is definitely a top choice for anyone looking to bring a big group. Highly recommend!

Great destination for family vacation

The property was just as described in the listing! Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our group of 14. We were withing 1.5 hours of all the day trips we planned. Custer, Badlands, Mt. Rushmore and Devils Tower all a short scenic drive away. Deadwood was close and we enjoyed visiting the old west town multiple times throughout the week. Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. We highly recommend "Living it Up"!

Ski trip

This was a very spacious house that worked great for our large group. Beautiful home and great location. Only concerns were the propane tanks were empty, hot tub was a little small, and short on a few basic supplies which we were able to pick up locally. Would stay here again!

Family vacation

Beautiful home and very spacious. Host was very quick to respond. Hot tub water was a bit dirty when we arrived, bathroom door handle was broken and fridge door wouldn’t close completely but host was quick to respond and make repairs. Watch for pool table balls rolling off the loft onto the couch below! Overall a very nice stay!

Perfect Weekend!!

We celebrated my mom and dad’s 60th wedding anniversary with 38 family members and utilizing one of the other properties!! Amazing house with plenty of room!

We stayed here with 10 adults and 9 kids. The house was immaculate and had more then enough space. The Blackstone grill was a huge bonus for cooking. The community pool was a great spot to hang out in the evening. This is located about 10 mins from downtown deadwood or an hour from Custer area. We all loved the house, cleanliness and space. I would recommend this home. 5 stars in every area.

Stunning Property

This was the perfect property for our stay in The Black Hills! The neighborhood is beautiful and is in close proximity to everything Lead and Deadwood have to offer. The house itself is incredible and a perfect setting for a getaway. We’ll be back!
