About a mile into the woods of a dirt two track, Gabe`s cabin offers a super comfy king (in the loft) and a twin day bed, a love seat and rocking chair and desk on the main floor. Electricity, a kitchen, with running hot/cold water, an electric fireplace, your own secluded fire pit, NEW outhouse, as well as an indoor bucket potty just in case. Outdoor cold shower and tub.

Most of the comforts of home nestled back in the woods. This cabin has everything you need for time alone, as a couple or with a friend. Small kitchenette with cooking equipment and utensils, kitchen table seats four, loft for sleeping and desk space if you need it. Covered porch is perfect for catching the sunset.

Born as an eco-spiritual retreat center, we hold this land and space in high regard. We encourage our guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Walk the trails or labyrinths on our 35 acres (Air & Sun Acres) or the neighboring 90 acres to the south (Morningstar Retreat Center). We share the opportunities to wander with our friends for a seamless experience for our guest and theirs. Overall 125 acres of woods, creek, garden, and nature await you. The White Pine Linear State Park is only a few steps away an is a paved pathway of over 90 miles stretching from Grand Rapids to Cadillac. Plan a bike excursion and stay here on the way!

When you book you`ll have the whole cabin and close surrounding area to yourself.

Ashton Corner Store is just 5 mins away and about a mile and half south. The town of LeRoy is about 5 miles north with a small market along with a few restaurants.

We’re nestled about a half mile down a dirt road two track. Parking is available right in front of or next to the cabin in most seasons, weather permitting.

We trust that as you make the choice to join us for a time of retreat, you recognize that there are inherent risks to being in the wilderness and to retreating in simple, rustic cabins. It is your responsibility to take the necessary precautions and use wise judgment while in the cabins and on the land.

Please use the “Wilderness Ethic” and pack out what you pack in including all trash. `Leave no trace.`

Base price is for 3 people, additional fee applies for additional guests.

Please plan to clean up after yourself and pets and leave the space as you find it.
Guests booking are required to have proper identification for all guests staying at the listing. If you`re not able to be validated reservation will be cancelled.
