Composed of: living area with fully equipped kitchenette, equipped with 4 gas burners, electric oven, large fridge with cooler, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine with filter, large satellite TV, from the living area you have access to the large sunny balcony as it faces south overlooking the garden of the Residence, furnished with table, chairs and 2 armchairs, sun blind, where you can enjoy lunches, dinners and breakfasts in the open air.
No. 2 double bedrooms, one with TV (no satellite channels), windowed bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet. Facilities include a washing machine, clothes rack, unlimited wi-fi, air conditioning in the living area, ceiling fans in the rooms.
Parking inside the residence with limited spaces that cannot be reserved, free outdoor parking always available. Communal garden, communal brick grill.
No. 2 new swimming pools, one of which for children in an enclosed area with sunbathing area, and grassy area without sun loungers, 2 minutes' walk from the flat, in the northernmost part of the residence, make its location a very quiet area.
LAZISE and its beaches can be reached without a car in 15/20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bicycle on the new, safe and illuminated pedestrian path.
Tourist tax euro 1,20 per person per night from 14 years old kindly to pay at the check in cash.
The flat is equipped with single 4-season duvets, additional blankets, pillows, and mattress covers, if you wish we can hire bed linen and towels at a cost of euro 12,00 per person per stay or per change, to be booked in advance so that we can organise. The kit includes: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, 1 large towel, 1 medium towel per person in professional cotton laundry.

In Lazise we have door-to-door waste collection, we ask for your full cooperation, we will provide you with rubbish bags, bins and the calendar for collection.
Glass is not collected but must be taken to the appropriate containers located 200m from the flat.

Upon arrival after viewing the flat we must register the documents of all guests, including minors, as required in Italy
