Each bedroom, from the master suite with its king bed and ensuite to the kid-friendly bunk room, offers plush comfort and serene views. Each of the eight bedrooms is a tranquil retreat, from the master suite with its king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom to the bunk room designed for kids, complete with 4 sets of bunk beds and a trundle, a queen-sized and twin folding mattresses, all providing plush bedding and serene views. Step out to the expansive patio to savor garden views, perfect for peaceful mornings or reflective evenings.

The living room serves as the heart of our home. It is designed for comfort and communal gatherings. Plush seating around a cozy wood stove creates an inviting atmosphere for conversation, relaxation, or entertainment on the large Smart TV. The natural light and scenic backdrop make this room ideal for leisurely mornings or tranquil evenings.

The TV room has a sectional sofa, a large-screen Smart TV, two additional chairs and tables, and access to the outside patio.

The game room and spacious theater room offer another place to watch movies or play ping pong or foosball. They were designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind. The theater room is equipped with a projector and screen to watch movies on a huge screen and a second wood stove. There are eight recliners and a large sofa, making it perfect for movie nights and family evenings at home.

The study, with a desk and bookcase, offers a quiet corner for work and easy access to the yard.

The third bedroom is a dream for younger guests, with four bunk bed sets, an additional twin trundle, a Smart TV, and an extensive closet room. Bedroom four features a king bed and a twin in a distinct section, a desk/chair, and large closets, ideal for families. The fifth bedroom, with its king bed, ceiling fan, and soft linens, ensures a restful night. Bedroom six is bright and airy, thanks to plantation shutters on large windows, and includes a king bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and double closets. Lastly, the seventh bedroom houses two queen beds, dual ceiling fans, and large windows with plantation shutters, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere.

The home includes four bathrooms: three full baths, and one half bath. The primary bathroom has a separate shower and tub, the other two full bathrooms are equipped with a tub-shower combo, dual sinks, and ample space for toiletries, ensuring convenience and comfort. Additionally, a handy laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer, is available for all your laundry requirements.

Nearby Attractions:
• Lagoon Amusement Park is a family-friendly amusement park open weekends from March to May, full-time in the Summer, and weekends from August to Early November. It's just 10 miles south of Layton.
• Andy Adams Park is a pet-friendly park in Layton that features a playground, two tennis courts, a picnic pavilion, two baseball fields, and a walking trail.
• SeaQuest Utah is a fun-filled land and sea aquarium in Layton, Utah. Visitors can interact with Otters, sloths, and porcupines, snorkel with Stingrays, and so much more.
• Adams Canyon Trail is a wonderful hiking trail in Layton, Utah, open all year. It features a gorgeous waterfall, mountain vistas, and more. The 3.5-mile hike out and back is challenging, but it's very popular. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed.
• Great Salt Lake Shorelands Preserve also in Layton, has a boardwalk that provides views of the Great Salt Lake and is considered an easy 1.3 mile loop trail.
