The Bunkhouse lodge is nestled in Lawton, close to Medicine Park, Fort Sill, and the Wichita Mountains. This welcoming house offers a brilliant space for guests to relax and unwind. From the ample wrap-around porch you can see Mt. Scott rising nearly 2,500 ft off the prairie floor. With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, queen bed, and a bunk bed, there’s plenty of room for families or groups. Two bathrooms include a bathtub and hair dryer for added comfort. Guests can gather in the excellent living room, which also has a sofa bed for extra sleeping options. Climate control keeps the house comfortable year-round. Whether you’re here for rest or adventure, this home provides a cozy and convenient base. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

The house was clean, very well equipped, and plenty of space to be comfortable and relax. The views of the skyline were amazing. The kids enjoyed the fire pit and the host was very accommodating with any request we had. We were down for a hunting trip and it was in the middle of everything that we wanted to do. we're already talking about next year would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay while we went hiking in the nearby Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge. Great layout and size for 2 families with 4 teens. The yard was so nice and well kept. Great communication with the host. We would recommend.

Excellent place to stay for me and my friends! The land is huge and beautiful, nice and quiet with amazing views of the stars at night. Plenty of seating, couches, patio chairs, etc. Not far to drive to some great scenic hiking spots in the area.

The bunkhouse is nicer than the pictures show. Everything very clean and comfortable. Lots of extras such as fire wood and starters. Coffee and creamer provided. Plenty of towels and sheets.

Bunkhouse Girl's Trip

We couldn't have asked for a better host than Brennan. He was extremely responsive to our texts and very helpful. The house is beautiful inside and out. We would stay at the Bunkhouse again. It was perfect for the 5 of us ladies.

Great Thanksgiving stay

This is a great home. We stayed for Thanksgiving to visit our son at Fort Sill. The home was very comfortable, well appointed for Thanksgiving, and well described by the owner. Having the horses next door was a huge bonus! We’ll be back.

Charming Home Near Medicine Park

Really enjoyed our stay at The Bunkhouse! We were in town for our son’s graduation from Basic Training. The house was great for Family Day when we were able to bring him back with us for Family Day. Comfortable spaces inside and out. It was nice to be out in a country setting sitting out on the wrap around porch with nice views. Only about 10 minutes from Fort Sill. All worked out great! We’d stay there again!

Wonderful escay

We had the most amazing time at the Bunkhouse. The views were amazing. The neighborhood animals were the highlight of the kids week. Our host was attentive and extremely accommodating. We loved every minute of our stay. I highly recommend!

Family visit

We were three generations in the area visiting family. The Bunkhouse was right in the middle and where we wanted to be. LOVED the location. Quiet, except when artillery practice was happening
not long at all. Views were amazing and yellow flowers in bloom. My 15 year old was ready to move in! Brennan responded quickly to any communications. Overall, we would stay again!

Beautiful, peaceful property!

The Bunkhouse was easy to find, and everything was clean, well stocked and easy to use. We loved sitting on the wrap around porch with our coffee in the morning and in the evening watching the kids chasing fireflies. There is lots of space indoors, tv had everything that we looked for. The management was really quick answering all of my questions. The only negative was that our stay was so short. Our adult children have texted us to say they wish they were still there, and the grandkids (9-11) had a ball. The beds were comfy, air conditioner ran very well, and the WiFi never caused a problem. We would go back in a heartbeat.

A Delightful Stay at the Bunckhouse!

Our recent stay at the Bunckhouse was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by our host. The Bunckhouse itself was charming and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for our family getaway, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. We enjoyed spending time exploring the area during the day and returning to the Bunckhouse in the evenings to relax by the firepit. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We truly felt like valued guests throughout our time at the Bunckhouse. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we're already planning our next visit. Great place

We love the bunkhouse! Our group had another great visit there. The only thing we have trouble with at this house is comfortable seating. We did enjoy the new recliner but wish the chairs around the table were more comfortable. We spend a lot of time around the table playing games and visiting. They also wanted me to let the owner know the couch has seen better days. But we absolutely LOVE the porch and Yard. The view is incredible! Thanks for another great time!

"Bunkhouse" Vacay Memories

Our little family loved "The Bunkhouse." It was in a beautiful location outside of Medicine Park. With beautiful mountain views of the Wichita mountains we had quick access to all of the adventures of Medicine Park. The cabin was nice and clean decorated in a western bunkhouse decor. We enjoyed the wildlife refuge, the aquarium, downtown Medicine Park and the kids loved swimming in Lake Lawtonka. We also enjoyed the beautiful wrap around porch late in the evenings. Great place to stay for awesome family time and we will definitely b back. Thank you so much for sharing "The Bunkhouse" with our family. Loved every minute of our short weekend visit.
