4 King Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms —

Designed for both comfort and personality, each of the four king bedrooms features its own unique décor theme inspired by Kentucky’s mix of rustic heritage and modern sophistication.

Room 1: The Master Distiller – The master bedroom for the house with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. It’s a bold, bright, inviting space with cozy chairs to watch TV, with classic bourbon-inspired artwork.
This room has 2 queen air mattresses in the walk in closet for use anywhere in the house. Linens and pillows provided for both.

Room 2: The Oak Room – A blend of deep bourbon tones, a nod to Kentucky’s new wave of modern design.

Room 3: The Floral Room – Floral print with bold gold tones that highlight a bourbon lover`s sophisticated palette.

Room 4: The Old Fashioned Room – This basement bedroom captures a speakeasy vibe with a lounge area to help you relax and is next to a full bathroom.

Every room includes a king mattress, premium linens, blackout curtains, and thoughtful touches that make you feel instantly at home.

Downstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped game room basement called the Barrel Room — your private speakeasy hangout.

Only registered guests included in your booking may stay overnight.

The maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

Strict no-party policy: gatherings, events, or similar are not allowed.

Up to 5 cars are permitted to park on the driveway.

No smoking or vaping inside the house.

Pets are only allowed with prior approval. A pet fee of $75 applies. Guests are responsible for cleanup and any damage.
