Yeats is part of a small collection of five thoughtfully designed tiny homes at Notestone Reserve, each inspired by a literary great. The tiny homes are intentionally arranged to create a welcoming shared atmosphere while still offering private outdoor spaces and a peaceful sense of retreat. Guests enjoy their own hot tub and seating area, along with the charm of a close-knit, design-forward setting in the Hocking Hills.

Free satellite WiFi is provided, but connectivity can be spotty due to our remote location. Many guests enjoy the opportunity to unplug and reconnect with nature. Refunds are not issued for WiFi interruptions.
đż Natural Setting
Our home is located in a wooded area. While we maintain regular pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small critters are possible and are a normal part of being in nature.

âą No parties or events (including bachelor/bachelorette parties); no glitter
âą Only registered guests may enter the property
âą No smoking, vaping, fireworks, ATVs, hunting, or weapons
âą No commercial photography or videography without written approval
âą Hot tub: use striped towels only, keep cover on when not in use, avoid temperature changes
âą Septic system: flush toilet paper only; no garbage disposal
âą This home is in a rural area of Hocking Hills and 4WD/AWD is recommended during the winter months.
