Southern Charm 1 - 5 minutes to downtown Laurel. SUMMER SALE!!

Southern Charm is on a quiet and cute street just minutes from downtown Laurel. The house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. There is one full bath and also a good size half bath.
The house is tastefully decorated with lots of color and antiques. All furniture (including mattresses) are brand new as of August, 2022. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need for baking or making a family meal. The's a 55" TV, dining table for 4, and a big kitchen with keurig and cuisinart coffee makers, crockpot, nice set of pots and pans, knife set, and so much more.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included. All towels and linens are new.
You'll enjoy walking down the street with the cute southern homes closely.

Great little cottage!

Cottage was just as pictured and described. Beverly was great! She checked in with us prior to arrival date and during our stay. She asked if it was ok to come over and bring us some of her homemade cookies. We enjoyed our little visit along with the cookies! Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway

The house is perfect - clean and cozy. We didn't cook meals while we were there, but the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and just a 5 minute drive to downtown Laurel. Mrs Beverly was an amazing host and was just a text away if we had questions. We will absolutely stay again.

Beverly was the best host. The house was everything she said it was and more. She was very communicative and patient during the booking process. She went above and beyond for her visitors and we will definitely be back. The house was super clean and well stocked with all supplies you could ever need. She answered all my questions and then some. She left several recommendations on shopping/attractions and restaurants that were all superb. Can’t say enough about Southern Charm and Beverly. The best experience on VRBO I’ve ever had!

Beverly could not have been helpful! She provided lists of restaurants, shops and experiences for all types and ages.The property was 5-7 mins from Downtown and close to literally everything we were interested in. It felt like coming home after a long day out. She dropped off home made cookies.......TRUE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY! We WILL stay there again in the future.

Southern Charm in Laurel

Beverly is the absolute best host we have ever had and the house is so warm and welcoming. Laurel is every bit as charming as we have seen on our favorite show! We only had one evening to stay on our way to Gulf Shores, but we wish it could have been longer. Beverly bakes delicious cookies to welcome her guests! Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

I would definitely recommend this place. Mrs. Beverly is very quick to respond and is an AWESOME Host. Her place is very clean and welcoming. She makes sure that everything is good for you and only a call or text away. We will stay there again on our next visit. We did go and visit downtown and eat at several of the places and shop. It was a great trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Southern Charm. Owner communicated very well, was friendly and helpful, and even baked us some cookies! Just a few minutes from The Scotsman General Store, Scent Library, Laurel Mercantile, Pearl’s Diner, Lee’s Coffee and Tea, and Mimmo’s Italian - all great spots! Would definitely stay there again.
