Bienvenue à la maison! Ceci est une magnifique maison de 6 chambres récemment rénovée située dans le quartier de Las Vega. Nous ne sommes qu'à quelques minutes du Strip de Las Vegas et du centre-ville de Las Vegas. Les supermarchés Vons et Smith sont au coin de la rue. Beaucoup de choix de restaurants dans le quartier.

Les taxes locales et municipales seront demandées à hauteur de 13% des revenus perçus de votre hÎte aprÚs la réservation, par ordonnances de la ville de Henderson. Nous sommes une propriété de location à court terme enregistrée et légale et nous devons verser ces taxes pour payer les écoles, les routes et le nouveau stade, chaque mois. Wonderful comfy home

It was very easy to arrange our stay in this lovely house. Emily was very pro-active in arranging our stay and her manager, Malee always there for us when we had a question. The check in was very easy with the key-code and the house was spotless and welcoming. The location is very good - less than 10 minutes drive to the airport adn 15 minutes to the Strip - close to the highway to Hoover Dam. Even better - there are great supermarkets and other shops just over a block away so you also feel like you are living like a local. We all enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it unreservedly to future guests.

Wonderful property

Great, clean, quiet property for my crew to stay at during a convention. The location was 1/2 hr from the LVCC (evening commute) and offered a great respite from the craziness of the strip. Top notch property!

LV Family Trip

Spacious home in a convenient location to the LV Strip, airport, and nearby hiking areas for our family of 8 adults and 7 kids. Unfortunately, my family found cleanliness issues with the bedding upon arrival. The 2 cots provided weren’t sturdy enough (one was missing a few springs) to support the pre-schoolers using them, so they just slept on the floor. Stay was further adversely impacted by water coming up out of shower drain and flooding the bathroom floor on Christmas night. Kitchen wasn’t well-stocked (i.e. utensils, glassware, dining ware, etc.) for the number in our family and which really enjoys cooking together. Host was very responsive and addressed both issues the next morning.

Great place for a large family to stay.

We stayed at this property for a wedding. There were 11 of us and we all slept comfortably. There was plenty of space and we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving feast in kitchen. Great downstairs room for older guests. Close to stores, restaurants and a park. Golf courses and Green Valley Ranch Casino close by. Strip and airport minutes away. Host answered all my questions immediately. Highly recommend!!!!

Big home in quiet neighborhood

This property was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, and towels. Very clean. Vons is 5 minute walk for groceries and neighbors were friendly. Uber was readily available in this area. If you plan to sleep during the day, the big windows and minimal drapes let a lot of natural light in so bring eye masks. It was also hot in the rooms facing the sun even with fans. The air conditioner is centralized. Overall had a pleasant stay and the property manager was prompt in responding. Thank you for having us!

Henderson stay.

The light over the kitchen table did not work. Could use more serving, mixing bowls. Multiple people tripped on the step from garage to main entrance, (older crowd ), maybe it could be highlighted. The sliding glass doors were very difficult to open. Overall we were satisfied.

Fabulous Home

The house was amazing and fully stocked to meet all of our vacation needs. Check in was simple, the home was very clean and accommodating for large groups. our group of 11 had plenty of space to be together in common spaces and private spaces without feeling crammed. Owner/Manager checked in to ensure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely rent again if visiting Vegas.

Spacious house close to strip

Emily was an amazing host. We had 10 people in our party and it was more than enough room. We had an early flight and was able to check in as soon as we landed. We only had 1 issue during our trip and Emily fixed it extremely quick. House was a 10 min drive from airport and 15 mins drive from strip. Only wish it was a pool to cool off because the Vegas heat was extreme. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Vegas.

Great house and location

This is a beautiful house in a great location. It is less than 10 minutes away from the airport. It's not far from the Strip. The house itself is very spacious and roomy. I traveled with a group of 6 teenagers and another adult, and there was more than enough room. The only thing concerning is the previous comments regarding the shock. We all were getting shocked quite a bit, even touching the water in the kitchen. The property manager is very responsive and accommodating. We had a late flight back and she allowed us to check out late. I'd definitely stay again.

Las Vegas Paradise

This house was the perfect location for our sizable family to celebrate our twin sisters 60th birthday. It was in the middle of everywhere and comfortably fit our expansive brood. The rooms were sizable, the living area and TV room warm and inviting, and its located from the Vegas strip, airport and other sights including the Grand Canyon, and Hoover Dam made it the perfect escape for all of us.

The place is amazing, other than the static when touching everything. Really big and spacious. Also the water doesn’t stay hot after at least 3 people shower. Overall it was a great stay and I would book again.

Pretty good stay

Very good location and very spacious house. Could use an uplift in appliances, some furniture and kitchen utensils. We were getting shocked every time we touched anything, even kitchen faucet and the water. Probably it is Las Vegas weather and nothing to do with the house.

Great choice

This house is really nice, great location, the strip is about 12 minutes away, the neighborhood is quiet. The master bedroom is huge which I loved. The only issues that we had was the electric static. Everytime we touched a door knob or fan switch we got shocked I don’t know why.
