The Pagentry | Modern Home with a King Bed

The Pagentry is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story home in North LV. It’s minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, stores, and hospitals; 15 mins away from the Nellis Air Force base; 20-30 mins away from the football stadium; 20-40 mins away from the Strip and China town; 12 mins away from the North Las Vegas Airport; 23 mins away from the Harry Reid International Airport (formerly known as the McCarran International Airport); and 40 mins away from UNLV.

Pets allowed with prior approval of owner. Pet fee of $150 must be paid prior to arrival.

No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.

Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $199.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items
5. Front entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security
6. A fully refundable $250 damage hold with be authorized on day of check in. Please be sure to have the $250 available in your account for the hold, failed holds may result in a delayed check in. The hold will be released 3-5 business days after check out as long as there are no damages.
Time may very due to traffic.

INCLUDES

- Primary bedroom includes a king sized bed and king sized pillows.
- Second bedroom includes queen sized bed and standard sized pillows.
-Third bedroom includes two twin sized beds and standard sized pillows.
- Kitchen is stocked with refrigerator (with freezer, water dispenser, and ice maker), microwave, stove, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, mini waffle maker, rice cooker, blender, etc.
- 55 in. Smart TV includes Cast to stream your favorite shows.
- Free Wi-Fi
- 2 driveway parking spots, as well as on street parking.
- Fully fenced in backyard.

Guests has access to the entire house except the garage.

HOUSE RULES

GUESTS
- Maximum of 6 guests.
- Guests under the age of 18 without adult supervision are not allowed.

SECURITY CAMERAS
- Guests understand that there are security cameras outside the home (front door, back yard, and side yard) as well as in the garage that are actively recording.

RESTRICTED ACCESS
- The garage is off limits. It is locked and has a security camera inside. Guests may park on the driveway or the street instead.

PETS
- Maximum of 2 pets allowed with prior approval of the owner.
- There is a nonrefundable $150 pet fee that must be paid prior to arrival.
- A $100 additional fine will be charged if pets are seen on property without prior authorization.
- Guests must properly clean up after pets (especially pet waste). Failure to do so may result in a $100 fee.

QUIET TIME
- Per North Las Vegas laws, it is unlawful to create loud noises between 11pm to 7am.

NO PARTIES
- Parties of any kind are prohibited.
- Violators will be issued a $500 fee.

NO SMOKING INDOORS
- Smoking of any kind indoors will result in a $500 charge. You may, however, smoke outside so long as you properly dispose of all butts.

ENTERTAINMENT
- Do not tamper with the router. Doing so may result in immediate eviction.
- TV has Cast. You may cast your movies, shows, and videos without signing in. If you do sign in, you must sign out. Hosts are not responsible to sign you out.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES / CANCELLATION POLICY
- The check-in and check-out times and cancellation policy are strictly
enforced unless discussed and agreed upon with the host in advance.

ONLY FLUSH WASTE DOWN TOILETS
- Do not flush wipes of any kind, cotton balls, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, etc. down the toilet.
- Guests who cause toilet obstruction may be subject to a $100 penalty.

HOUSEKEEPING
- Guests are not asked to do chores, but are asked to leave the house in the same condition (meaning no damages) besides the usual cleaning.
- The $199 cleaning fee is nonrefundable.

DAMAGES
- The house must have no damages or missing items.
- Guests will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property.

INJURIES
- Homeowners are not liable for any and all injuries that occur on the property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

PEST CONTROL
- Pest control comes every month but, unfortunately, you may still see bugs on the property.

TRASH DAY
- Trash day is on Thursday. If you come on a day when trash is still in the bin, please give us grace.

DISCREPANCIES
- If there are any issues with the cleanliness of the unit or its amenities, these issues must be brought to the host`s attention during your arrival date so we may fix the issue right away. Hosts will not provide refunds to any issues mentioned after the fact or for anything that is outside of their control (examples are acts of God).

The house was clean and very comfortable. The host was very attentive. We did have problems with the internet connection for the TV. The only other issue was no dish towels or hot pads.

Home away from Home

My family of 5 stayed here and we are beyond satisfied with this beautiful home away from home. We were very comfortable and happy with our selection for our trip. The kitchen has everything we needed from pots and pans to the coffee maker. The AC was nice and cold, the living room was spacious and TV with all the updated apps. We also enjoyed playing the guitar! The beds were comfortable, clean and spacious. Lastly, the bathrooms were clean and comfortable for all of us. As a contractor, I can tell all the details they put into this home to make it a good experience for their guest. It wasn’t just a, “let’s slap some random stuff into it and make money”, it’s a modern and comfortable place I will definitely stay at again! Thank you to the Host for being responsive and welcoming!
