• FORMULA 1 EVENT UPDATES: Las Vegas will host the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX event from November 20–22. The Strip and surrounding areas will be part of the racetrack, which may impact your arrival experience at the resort. Expect major road closures daily from 1:30 p.m. to 3 a.m. during the event. • AMENITIES ALERT: As part of efforts to maintain and enhance the resort, the fitness center will be closed for renovations from September 2–October 1, 2025. Thank you for your understanding.
• Temporary Property Entrance: Access to the property at Las Vegas Boulevard is temporarily unavailable. All vehicles and pedestrians should enter the property through Harmon Ave.
• Parking Alert: Self-parking is available at the adjacent Boulevard South Lot for $23 per day. Polo Towers offers valet parking for a $25 fee per day for Members and Owners. Oversized vehicles may be parked at the adjacent Boulevard South and Northeast Lot (subject to availability and applicable rates). Because space is limited, guests are encouraged to reserve valet parking up to 48 hours in advance of arrival.
• This resort is cashless. Only credit or debit cards are accepted for all sales and services.
• MINIMUM CHECK-IN AGE: This resort's minimum check-in age is 21. Guests will be required to show proof of age upon check-in.
• Construction Project Near Polo Towers: Construction work has begun to transform the previously known Hawaiian Market Place near Polo Towers into a shopping and dining facility. Signs have been posted to direct arrivals through the new temporary entrance into the property from Las Vegas Boulevard — and Guests will likely experience sights and sounds from the construction. Please be mindful of these upcoming interruptions that may impact your experience at the resort:
o Starting in early September, work will begin on the steel structure, and noise may increase from the nearby construction site.
o During construction, please note that there may be occasional interruptions to utility services on-site. If this impacts your stay, we will notify you at check-in.
