Although the property was clean, it definitely could use some major TLC. The pool heater was not working, so we did not use the pool or jacuzzi. Electrical outlets didn’t work & were hanging out of the wall (we have photos). This is a fire safety concern! Outdoor & indoor Light fixtures did not have light bulbs in them or not working properly. A cabinet door & molding fell off the wall during our stay. Window blinds were damaged, so there was lack of privacy. And the sun is stressing and cracking the couch cushions. At the last minute we were told we could not use one of the showers due to it is out of order. (We have a photo of that one as well), it had caution tape on it and the shower was taken apart. Apparently it has been this way for some time. Another shower fixture was rigged and barely had any water pressure. Barely any towels or toilet paper supplied. Not worth the money! Invest in you your property! Fix it up if you are going to rent it!

We enjoyed the 70's vibe! Lots of space to hang out. The backyard was a great place to be if our weather was warmer. Beds were all very comfortable. We did need more wash cloths(only 5 were given). If you have a group, this is a good house to pick!

We had such a great experience. The property manager was very nice and communicated well with me. The property itself was very nice. Very spacious and comfortable. I will be staying there again if it's available my next visit to Las Vegas.

Very clean and nicely kept. No trouble checking in or with communication. Had everything needed for cooking and bbq. Nice big circle driveway made it super easy for multi vehicles to access.

The home looks straight out of a 70s movie. Actually really appreciated that and the spaciousness of the property. The big problem is that the home is significantly further away than the ad suggests. You even receive the wrong address in the vrbo confirmation. The real address only comes when you ask for it specifically.

Plenty room. Safe neighborhood. A little over the advertised "10 min."from the strip. Trouble checking in. Had to buy an air mattress because one of the beds spring didn't match the queen mattress and was not secure. Towels had hair before use. (Glad we brought our own). Location: corner house on intersection. Keurig and coffee available which was a plus. Basketball, pool table, outdoor sitting, and plenty parking spaces. Overall a good experience:)

Not very good experience

Overall ok but not very good experience. - We were given wrong lock code and it took them 90 mins to rectify. Waiting outside with our family & kids was frustrating.- we saw couple of cockroaches in one bathroom- Water was clogging in one bathtub- kitchen utensil sets were old...there were grease stains on some of the pans- Not a single washer & dishwasher pods, had to buy- Also stay extension request handling was not ideal.

Radical Retro!

Walking into this house is like stepping through a portal into 1983! So many cool features from back in the day, right down to the rack of VHS tapes in the living room. The tile in each of the bathrooms was one of the coolest features. Speaking of cool, each room has it's own A/C unit so each guest is guaranteed to stay comfortable. Overall the property was nice and clean. Very close to the freeway which makes access to the rest of town very easy, and super close to downtown. The host was excellent at communicating promptly. We had to go back to the house after check-out because we forgot something, and they even unlocked the door for us right away after we texted for help. We had great experience. I would highly recommend.

Nice place to stay

Overall, a very nice place to stay near downtown LV. Host was helpful when we were locked out and the property itself is nice for a group of friends or family to enjoy when not doing stuff around town.
