I don't really want to leave a bad rating because our trip was great, but I do want to be forthcoming that our experience was not the same as the reviews that we read. First, I didn't receive the housing information to check into the house (code, etc.). I texted many times in the app only to be ghosted. So I was stressed. I had to call VRBO to get in contact with the host while my basketball waited at the airport. It was a touch stressful. But once we got ahold of him, he gave us the info. The code was wrong, and he unlocked it remotely, but we never received the new code. Second, I asked specifically when booking if the pool and hot tub were heated. "It is heated, we can accommodate." It's not heated, it's ice cold, and no questions after that initial response about the pool were answered. However, I don't want to be all negative. The house was great for what we needed in housing a basketball team for the weekend. We had a great tournament and lasting memories were made.

We had such an amazing time at this house! The place is huge and honestly even better in person. The backyard was our favorite part ; the beach style pool, hot tub, volleyball court
 our group barely wanted to leave the house. We grilled outside a couple nights and it just felt super relaxing and private.Inside was really clean and the bedrooms were way bigger than we expected. Everyone had plenty of space and the layout made it easy for all of us to hang out together. The location was great too, only a short drive to the Strip but far enough that it’s quiet when you get back.Overall just a great stay. We’d 100% come back again!

This was the best rental experience I’ve had in a long while. I was traveling with my large extended family; lots of kids and a few seniors and tons of adults too. We loved this house and had a wonderful time. The BBQ area was used for almost every meal. It was perfect for our family to enjoy the Vegas city skyline view from the backyard! We also loved playing lots of games in the tennis court and the kids built sand castles in sand volley ball area. Really fast and easy (like one road) to get to and from the strip and lots of parking in the driveway (I think we fit 7 cars but could do more imo). The rooms were perfect and really worked to fit everyone comfortably. In all, perfect house for big families like mine! We will be back :)

This is our go-to place for our family to stay. We have family in the area and love to get together at this house! It’s warm and spacious and so perfect for large families like ours. Kids love splashing in the beach entry pool and we loved doing the tennis tournament. The volleyball court is also so great for keeping entertained! It’s also very close to the Strip so we can go get a nice dinner and come straight back easily.

Incredible service from start to finish. The place was perfect for our company to have a retreat and bond with all amenities available. We did some hot tub time with the view of the Vegas skyline which was really unique. We even did a pickle ball tournament on the tennis court. The house was incredible with space for all of us and very clean. There was lots of parking for our large group and tons of accessibility to the Strip via Uber - quick and easy. We also ordered from local spots and it was so tasty. I loved staying at this place and would recommend it to anyone.
