Welcome to our 3 BR, 2 BA pet friendly home with 4 Beds and sofa sleeper. Enjoy your memorable Vegas vacation in our fully equipped home with an open concept entertaining space and take a dip in our sparkling private HEATED (additional fee) swimming pool

Conveniently located 7 minutes away from airport, and 20 minutes to Downtown Las Vegas Fremont Street and world famous Las Vegas Strip!

*POOL HEATING*
Pool Can be heated for a fee. Please notify us 24 hours ahead of time to set heater.

* PETS*
We are PET FRIENDLY, with a fully fenced backyard! With that said there is a fee of $100 for having a pet on our property. Disclose size and breed of pet just so we know, we do not discriminate
Please clean up after your, leaving pet poop on ground will result in an additional fee and unhappy staff and hosts. Do not allow your pet on furniture, there is a doggy bed in garage free for your use. If additional or extensive laundering services are required we will request an additional fee of $50. Please be honest, if you have intentions on having a sheddy pet sleep in bed communicate with us and pay the fee upfront. We are pet parents and understand it is important to have our fur babies close to us.

* SECURITY *

- There are two cameras that record video and sound, one in the driveway and a video doorbell.
- A noise monitoring device is placed outdoors (***does NOT record sound or video). An alert will be played to inform you if it’s too noisy during quiet hours. This is mainly to keep our neighbors happy with us.
- Our home is protected and monitored by Simplisafe when vacant and is disabled while guests are visiting.

Lies, Lies & More Lies!!!! I seriously (jokingly) don't want to leave a review as I want to keep this VRBO to ourselves. The description NEVER stated that we would FALL IN LOVE with the place and how exceptional it is. Let me share with you our experience. Within minutes of booking, Berenice contacted us with welcoming arms. We shared that we were coming to her VRBO as our daughters are competitive cheerleaders and they had a competition that weekend. I am that mom that brings cleaning supplies, etc wherever we go. I clean the place before we get all settled. Let me tell everyone here....this place was AMAZING!!! Not a speck of dust, floor was clean, sheets, towels, pots & pans and including the outside. Our dogs LOVED IT!!!! We were welcomed with a beautiful sign, treats, pool towels.....and if you forget anything, it was there awaiting your use. We wanted for nothing. Berenice was spectacular with responses, wished our daughters good luck and it truly felt that we were being welcomed and not just another bills in her pocket. We will EVERYTIME we come for vacations, which is very often, always try and book with Berenice. If you want to be spoiled, welcomed into a clean home, this is the place to stay.

House was nice. Pretty clean but bath tub was rusty so I didn’t want to bathe baby in it. They did have high chair and pack n play available which was nice. Neighborhood was ok. I chose this place because of proximity to the strip but all day/night we heard planes and sirens. Wind made the pool dirty and pool cleaners never came during our stay but we used the pool net to clean up.

5 stars – A Wonderful Home Away from Home in Las Vegas (10–14 June 2025)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful Las Vegas property. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The house had a warm, wholesome, and welcoming atmosphere, and it was spotless, well-presented, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. There were cold drinks waiting in the refrigerator, a generous selection of coffees, and plenty of snacks—all lovely touches that made us feel instantly at ease.The pool was a real highlight, especially in the searing Vegas heat. The whole family enjoyed it immensely, and it was definitely the standout feature for the younger members of our group—it became their favourite part of each day!We stayed from 10–14 June 2025, and throughout our visit, communication with our host Bernice was exceptional. She was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.I truly cannot recommend this property enough. It ticked every box for comfort, location, and value. I would stay here again without hesitation—thank you Bernice for making our Vegas visit so special!

The interior of this property was excellent. Clean, fresh, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was too cool and windy for us to be outside, but the outdoor area would have been a great gathering spot. There is ample room to park 2 cars in the garage if needed. The only knock was that the house is on a very busy thoroughfare and the traffic and siren noise was noticeable at night. The house next door has building materials stored out front and has poor curb appeal, but this was not an issue for us.

Just what we needed

Communication with the manager is phenomenal! Very responsive and attentive. The house is a bit older but well kept and in an older neighborhood, cars got a little loud but other than that this house was perfect for us! Great amenities and simple rules to follow. Pool was heated and needed.

Great house, great location

Really enjoted the house. Lots of room for the 4 of us attending a convention. 15 minutes from the convention center and 10 minutes from the airport. A little road noise in the evening as it is on a main street. The coffee bar was a big hit. We will stay again when its warmer so we can use the pool and outdoor area

This house is exactly what you see and is explained. We loved this house. It has everything you would need. Although we didn't have a car this house has access to the garage. I loved that. It stayed in many vrbos and none had that. This house is on a very busy street and you don't hear the traffic while inside . very busy

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! The home was clean, comfortable, and had a really well stocked kitchen. Excellent communication from the host! We also paid the additional fee to heat the pool and it was nice and warm even on a cool (by Vegas standards) day.

Tnis property was as described and not too far from the strip. Minor cosmetic upgrades could be made, but my family and I enjoyed our stay overall. The Host was kind enough to have extra towels available for both the shower and the pool. We were also welcomed with snacks and beverages. We did not cook this trip, but everything was available if we decided to, including the outdoor grill. This property will be saved as a Favorite for future bookings.
