Signature at MGM Balcony Suite 5815 NO RESORT FEES

The Signature is an exclusive, guard-gated resort, connected to the MGM Grand via an air-conditioned moving walkway. Our beautiful Junior Suite is 550 sq ft. The suite includes 1 king-sized bed, 1 queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, 1 bathroom with whirlpool jet tub, 2 plasma screens, mini kitchen, and more. Please note, the suite is not stocked with dishware and cookware. You may request that with the front desk upon arrival or call down to the front desk from the suite. The suite has a walk out balcony to enjoy the views of Las Vegas. Smoking is prohibited inside the suite and on the balcony. The hotel will charge a $500 smoke/marijuana vape damage fee to treat the suite for damage.

(Important): You must be 21+ to check in. Upon arrival, the front desk will require a valid Credit or Debit Card & government ID. The credit or debit card is for incidentals. Incidentals will be $100 per night, $300 max. Incidentals are for charge back privileges or in case of any damages to the suite. As long as no damages or charges, that will be released upon checking out. Front desk will then present you with room keys for your suite. The room keys will give you access to your suite, elevator, pools, fitness center, and any other amenities on property.

Cleaning Fee:
A mandatory one-time cleaning fee of $30 will be charged upon checkout. There is no daily cleaning service, but if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, it will be $30 each time you request it.

Parking:
The Signature provides complimentary valet service. Upon arrival at the address provided, the guard gate will issue you a valet pass and direct you to the valet area. In the event that valet service reaches full capacity, you will need to park at the MGM Grand. The front desk will provide you with a validation for MGM parking if this occurs.

Internet:
The property provides wireless wifi. Wifi name is The Signature or MGM Resorts. There is no password for the Wifi.

Pool:
Each Signature tower features a private heated pool with cabanas and poolside cocktail service, offering ultimate relaxation just steps from your room. You also have access to the MGM Grand complex pool. Pool hours may vary depending on staffing, weather, and season.

We are not liable for the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests. Please note all amenities are managed and operated by the MGM Signature resort. This includes all pools, gym, laundry room, coffee shop, Starbucks and car valet service. The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. The resort management may deny or remove guest access to amenities if their posted rules are not followed. Please inquire with MGM Signature representatives for any questions regarding access to resort amenities.
