We really enjoyed out stay at the Signature. This unit is located in Tower 2 on the 23rd floor. It has a nice view of the strip area but does not have a view of the sphere. The property is well cared for and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.Communication with the host (Chunnuan) was great!

COCKROACHES!!!

On our 2nd day in the condo, I brought to the attention of the owner that the shower was leaking all over the floor and the handle kept coming off on the shower door. After 24hrs he got back to us and stated he would have someone look at it. No one ever showed up. We couldn't use the shower in fear that it would flood, the condo below us. We had to use the smaller bathroom shower. No big deal but still an inconvenience. On our 2nd to last day, We noticed a Giant Cockroach in the smaller bathroom. Absolutely disgusting!! When we brought it to the attention of the owner, he ignored us for over 24hrs. We called him and used the app. We also talked to the front desk. The front desk said they couldn't help because the condo was privately owned. The front desk also didn't seem to care that the building has cockroaches. After calling the owner talking to the front desk and the cleaning crew, we still had a giant cockroach in the bathroom. I had to call the Vrbo help line and send them pictures of the cockroach. Vrbo tried to get ahold of the owner without any luck as well. We couldn't sleep or shower in the condo the last night. After checkout I received a message from the owner eluding to it was our fault there was a cockroach in the condo. He offered no apology or financial compensation. The reason the condo has cockroaches is it hasn't been properly cleaned for a long time.

After entering the unit the bed spread has a stain on it. nasty. The unit was not at all set up. with the bare minimum . like a bar space with bar glass no wine opener. maybe .25% of salt and pepper I had to push the trash can up against the oven door to make it shut. The cooking pans was durty and the glass ware was too. There was so much wrong I have a big list

Overall a great stay!

This location at the MGM Signature Towers presented as advertised and we had a great trip. The communication with the host was timely and friendly. While everything was listed accurately, I would have knocked off half a star if possible. We tend to be a little particular so these may not be a big deal to some. The towels were a mix of average plushness to paper thin. The bed was definitely too soft for our taste. Seems like it’s time for a replacement. The pillows were either thick and hard or thin and lumpy. There was limited silverware/glassware and much of it mismatched such as 3 (not 4) wine glasses. There were also drawers that didn’t function properly but were still usable. All in all, nothing that prevented us from having a good trip. Could all be fixed with a small investment in some general maintenance. Location and proximity to MGM Grand, Uber pickup /dropoff and Monorail were excellent. 4.5 stars.

Perfect for Us

Perfect place to get away from all the action of the Strip, yet close enough to get to. Loved how quiet and serene stepping into the building was, and the layout of the condo. Access to the pools and other MGM properties was easy. We will definitely book again.

If you’re going to a show at the mgm this property is awesome!! Only thing that would have been better was if the weather was warmer so we could have gone swimming. So we’ll definitely have to come back and stay here again. The communication was great. The room was clean and stocked with necessities. We even got to enjoy fireworks over top golf this weekend. Super fun place to stay!!

Perfect!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for a quick 4 day getaway to Vegas! This was our second time staying at the Signature, which is fantastic for a family, as it’s close to mid strip for easy walking, target nearby for everything we needed, and you can use the mgms pools and lazy river. The unit was super spacious, clean, comfortable pillows and even tv fireplaces crackling when we entered:). Our host was super responsive and wanted everything to be just right for us. Amazing view of the strip too! We will definitely book here again.

Great location and great host

Property was as advertised, in very nice shape, and very clean. Host was proactive with messaging and help with anything we needed. Only tiny drawback was the sofa bed was not the most comfortable but hey, it’s a sofa bed after all. Would stay here again for sure!

Very nice place to stay

The Condo is a in a nice location, clean and we were pleasantly surprised that this unit is a corner unit. So, you have lots of views to look at. You have a full kitchen and just having a full-size refrigerator makes us very happy. The owner is very good at communication and we felt that if we needed anything, he would take care of it. The complex is valet only. We tip good, so that stings a bit! lol We prefer to have a car to get around, but that's a personal choice when we visit. Constant Trams running and the station is very close by. Walking to the strip isn't far either (about a block) but again, not for us. Would we stay again? Yes, absolutely. The price for this unit is very good, the place itself is very nice and if you don't want to go downstairs to the pool or jacuzzi, you have a huge one in your private bathroom! Thank you very much for the wonderful stay as this one was special. We got married!

Perfect Fit

This is our 5th year staying at the Signature. Our suite is perfectly suited for our family of 4, especially now that it includes older teenagers. We usually stay for a week or so while my son is in town for multiple basketball tournaments. Having a kitchen makes it so much easier than eating out 3 meals a day for the week, and having access to laundry facilities means we don’t have to pack so much and I can wash sweaty basketball uniforms!!! The view from this unit is spectacular, especially at night. There’s a great view of the Sphere from the bedroom, and if you are a Formula 1 fan, consider this spot for the upcoming race in November — the balcony affords a priceless view of the Paddock, Turn 4 and the stretch down Koval.

Celebrating 40

The place was very nice! Clean, quiet and close to the strip, you could walk indoors to the monorail or through mgm grand and go outside across the street to New York New York and many other casinos. The host was very communicative and asked if I needed anything almost daily. I would definitely stay here again!! 🙂

Overall was a great place to stay. Very quiet but still close to the strip. Was disappointed that the pool for our building was closed during our stay even though the description said we would have access to it. We however enjoyed the pool facilities at MGM. Will say here again soon.

Highly Recommend

Very clean and comfortable. The view of the city at night from the 20th floor balcony was spectacular. The jetted tub located in the en-suite bathroom was probably the most comfortable, relaxing tub we have ever experienced. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals which came in very handy considering how prices on the strip for food and drink have gone through the roof. There is a Target store conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk, approximately a block north of the MGM on the strip. We were very happy with our stay!!
