Nice get away for a friend’s birthday. The place was clean and kitchen had all the items you could want. However some minor adjustments could be made. Couch was too hard and uncomfortable, while the bed was too soft and you would sink. Bathroom mirror had no minimal light which made it hard to get ready and do makeup.

Perfect cozy option

I needed an economical place to stay for a few nights. This was a clean, simple, easy to access place to stay. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it was nice to have the option. Great to have parking.

Nice Local Neighborhood Spot

My partner and I were able to stay in this humble homemade apartment for 5 days and it had everything we needed. It's located in a remodeled garage attached to a home. The grocery store isn't far, and neither are the local attractions! Great stay for good travelers.

A nice place to stay away from city center

We enjoyed the nice little studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for the brief time we spent in the Las Vegas area.

A mostly good getaway

Although the property is the perfect size and layout for a romantic getaway, there were two things that were really standing out as a nuisance. First, there were tiny ant-like bugs that jump when you try to squish them. They were mostly in the bathroom, but there were also some in the bedroom and bedroom closet. They ended up on our dirty clothes, and up on top of the bed. The second nuisance was the toilet. Everytime you flush the toilet, the pipes rattle and there's a sound like it's trying to backup into the tub. If not for those two issues, I would have given five stars. The host is nice! Oh and one more thing, the bed pillows were totally flat and not comfortable. If these issues were addressed, we would definitely come back again.

We stayed at Mauricio's property in March 2024 and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean at our arrival and Mauricio's instructions were quite clear and easy to follow. The apartment was well prepared for our arrival. Our only constructive feedback would be to add a few additional cooking tools (pans, second cutting board) and a hood fan (smoke alarm kept activating while cooking).

Lovely Stay

The host was very pleasant and quickly delivered requested items. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The kitchen was nicely eqipped to cook and the shower is much larger than pictured! Its about 15min from freemont st and fast food is near. I felt safe and I would stay again! Thank you!!

Comfortable and quiet

We really liked being away from the noise and lights of The Strip and the Fremont Experience. Had we been staying longer, we would have taken advantage of the well-equipped kitchen. The bed is very comfortable and it was great to have a good sleep after long days out. We will definitely book this again should we come back to this area, and we will recommend this to others.
