Fantastic property for a big family or multiple couples coming to Las Vegas. The kitchen and common areas were terrific. There was a large space to cook in the kitchen while comfortably having room for others to gather. One large island with a cooktop and plenty of room around it, then another large island/countertop with 4 barstools. It was perfect for decent sized gatherings in the main area. It was well stocked in every way.

We had a wonderful stay for our large family group! Everything was clean and organized with lots of snacks available and a lovely outdoor space with pool that was spacious and well maintained. The host was responsive and went above and beyond to help us after we had left a phone and even shipped back an Amazon delivery that was postponed until after our trip, which was beyond any expectations we would expect of a host. The home is a short distance to strip and sphere. It’s a quiet and nice area, and felt safe. Great spot that we could retreat to. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This house was absolutely beautiful! This is the type of house that old-school Vegas fantasies are made of. The weather didn't cooperate for us to use the pool, but we're already making plans to come back when it's hot. Everything was very clean and easy to use, and the owners were very easy to contact and work with.

Perfect Relaxing Stay

I rented this place out for a family reunion. We absolutely loved our stay. The home had everything we needed for our trip. The home even came with a fully stocked fridge with a variation of drinks. The backyard is beautiful and had a lot of space for everyone to sit outside. Plenty of pool towels were available. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Would definitely book again!

Great stay!

Second time staying here and we will be back! Aside from the great location to everything, the amenities are the best part. Great large property, plenty of space. Hosts include so much for us to do including games tables. Backyard area so great with it being spacious, including pool and grill. The hosts even include a stocked fridge of drinks (and I am not talking about just 2 water bottles like other rentals I have been at). Kitchen includes all appliances, including condiments so we don't have to order those. Everything we can think of or needed, the property had. Hosts were also very responsive and informative.Again, overall great stay and I will keep recommending!

Perfect Stay - Thoughtfully Designed and Fully Equipped

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! From the moment we walked in, it was clear the property was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. It truly had everything we needed - from a fully stocked kitchen and cozy bedding to plenty of space to relax and unwind. Fabulous house!

Everything about this house was perfect for our group. Location is great - quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from the strip. Very large backyard with beautiful landscaping and trees made it extra nice to enjoy the pool and patio. The house is very spacious with multiple areas to hang out. Kitchen is also very spacious and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The built in bar, pool table and foosball kept us entertained. Truly a great stay, I would definitely book again.

Rather disappointed

For a large house that sleeps so many, you'd think there would be more than 5 towels. We had to purchase towels so we'd all have enough. We also had to purchase a cookie sheet and spoons b/c there were none. AC didn't work in most of the bedrooms. Alarm was enabled and continued to go off when we'd step out to the pool. None of the remotes worked for the TVs so we had to provide batteries. THERE ARE NO TOWELS! The tiny trash bin in the kitchen isn't ample for more than 2 guests. NO HOT WATER IN THE KITCHEN -EVER. Master bath door jammed and could not open or close, so had to squeeze by it each time. There were 3 ovens, which could be handy if enough kitchen supplies were provided. But one oven had concrete blocks in it, so maybe we weren't allowed to use that. Maybe that's why they don't supply baking sheets? Hoped this would be our new annual spot but no thank you.

Way Beyond Our Expectations

We had a beautiful stay - the photos and videos do not do this place justice. It is conveniently located, you do not need to leave the house if you don't want to there is so much to do. And the host is amazing, they have excellent and quick communication. I can't wait to stay here again.

A perfect retreat

This house is lovely. It’s a great mix of historical Vegas and modern/mid century decor. 7 of us stayed here over of the weekend to attend a concert. We loved coming back to the house and getting together in the common areas to eat, chat and watch movies. It was a bit chilly so we didn’t get in the pool. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful property and home

The home and property was an excellent location for the 10 of us (5 couples). Everyone’s room was comfortable and there was plenty of space to have multiple areas to comfortably hang out, talk, and play games so that we never felt on top of eachother. We especially liked the outdoor dining table and theatre room. Pool and large backyard was a plus as well. The only complaint I could make was that the main room and bedrooms did get fairly hot. It was 101 degrees during the day so it is to be expected but some fans in the rooms would have been nice. Overall 10/10 and would 100% look to stay here again without hesitation. Thank you so much for the beautiful home for the weekend!

Amazing house!

Stayed here with a bachelorette group. House was super clean, very spacious and perfect for all of us. The lot is big so it was very private. Neighborhood felt safe and location was great. Kitchen has everything you need. The manager was exceptional, quick to respond, and went above and beyond. Would stay again and highly recommend this house.
