This property is spaceous and very accommodating. We booked with 3 adults and 2 children. Everyone was comfortable. The host was prompt and polite in communication. Was very fun, only complaint is the outdoor TV and outdoor ceiling fan stopped working and we couldn't figure out why and the property manager never really got back to me on fixing it. Other than that it was a nice house to stay in, and it was in a very convenient location.

Check in process was easy. A couple of issues during our stay were unfortunate, but remedied quickly by the host. Cleaner floors would have been nice for our 3yo. Liked the house layout. Garage parking is a nice feature.

Peaceful and relaxing!

This little gem tucked away in the hills of Henderson was spacious, quiet, comfortable, and had every comfort of home. Will add that the linens and mattresses were ultra comfy!

Great location and a great place to stay!

This was the perfect location for our trip into Henderson. It was very close to my brother's house. It was also very close to several amenities. The house setup was perfect for our stay. there's only a few concerns which I addressed with the owner. And they were very minor. Just no cleaning supplies for us to kind of clean up any kind of messes, the bedroom doors shut but the door handles didn't engage, so the doors could just be pushed open. Other than that I would highly recommend this home for your family's stay!

Came for lacrosse and enjoyed the hot tub

We came for an event at heritage park, it was 8 minutes away and provided a much more comfortable stay than the recommended hotel would have. We especially liked the hot tub after a chilly day of sitting on the sidelines watching our son play!

Quiet neighborhood

This property is located away from the strip where it’s quiet and peaceful. The house is cozy and clean and has a beautiful hot tub to enjoy. The host responded to messages quickly and was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

Nice house, clean and everything functional. I only give it 4 stars because of the tv. No local channels were available as the Roku tvs were only wired to the internet and I would have had to subscribe to a subscription service, which I do not do. Luckily I subscribe use Directv satellite at home so I was able to set up a password and use the Directv streaming service getting most of the channels that I get at home. Everything else worked fine for me and my wife.

No communication with problems

I find it so difficult to believe how poorly the management company handled us. The first issue was asking about the lack of a remote for the main bedroom
..I got no response. The second issue was major. The plumbing backed up. I reached out through the VRBO app and got no response. Oddly enough my message is now deleted. I called the management company and the voicemail was full. I sent a text to the management company, again no response. The reference book in the house was out of date and that the old management company listed. We could not use the shower or toilets. This was a terrible experience.

Great House

We had a great stay visiting friends in Las Vegas and in Henderson. House was immaculate, it is a quiet neighborhood, and it gave us plenty of room to spread out or sleep in. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of counter space for cooking. AC was a blessing in the 110+ degree weather. We also enjoyed spending time in the hot tub. Living room is large and comfortable. We also liked parking in the garage. It's close to the highway and a quick 20 minute delrive to the strip. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

Awesome Stay!

The home was very clean and spacious. It is a short drive from the strip and the perfect spot if you plan on exploring other things to do in the area. The host are very kind and informative. We did not have any issues and would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, Tidy and Comfortable

Nice, clean and tidy place. We thought the furniture was very nice with some fun modern pieces that made it very comfortable place to stay. We wish there were some hand towels for the kitchen and some floor mats for the bathroom floors, but other wise the linens and towels were all very nice. The hot tub was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay there again.
