Cute, clean and cozy Tiny House just off the main house with total privacy. Located in a quiet and safe area of town. Beautiful Red Rock & Downtown Summerlin only 15 minutes away. 20 minutes from Strip. You’ll love it here!

This home will create a cherished memory that you’ll never forget! This designer space includes a cozy queen sized bed that will give you the much needed rest while in Vegas. Feel free to watch Netflix on the large flat screen TV while sitting on the lounger or better yet, swivel the TV and watch from the comfort of the bed.

Enjoy the convenience of a fitting kitchen including bar seating, counter space, a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, hot plate, full sized sink, coffee maker, and all the dish ware needed.

Walk through the sliding barn door to access the private bathroom. Inside is a beautifully designed, corrugated shower with a dismounting shower head for your convenience, accompanied with the rarity of a flushing toilet, not a composting one.

Great little place and a great value. We used it as a home base for hiking and visiting family. It has all the essentials. It's clean, warm, and free parking. We were very comfortable for our four nights.

This property was well cared for. Clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the quiet location, and easy access. No hotel traffic, noise, or parking issues. They do not allow dogs, so I was very comfortable sitting on the furniture knowing a dog had not slept on it. The host was very accommodating. There was even a nice private place to sit outside. I will stay here again.
Every appliance and cooking utensil was provided to prepare meals. Very accommodating kitchenette .

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The home was so cute and you could really tell the host put in a lot of thought into it. The bed was super comfy and communication with the host was superb! The area was quiet and was close to the strip and different hiking trails. Definitely will be back!

Peaceful Retreat

The host was great communicating check-in information, etc. The property was super quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the "northwest heights" of Vegas, yet still close to the Strip and Red Rock Canyon.

Great tiny home in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here in the tiny home. It was in a great area and felt really safe. The tiny home was very clean and well stocked. Even though this tiny home is on the owners property, it still felt very private with its own gated entrance. Overall, we had a great experience and definitely recommend this place!

Stayed for a week. Perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts. Close to hiking and walking distance from lone mountain for running. Very comfortable inside. The bed was wonderful. Everything you need to cook if you don’t feel like going out. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Will be back.

The tiny house was very comfortable and had everything as stated in the details. Lisa, the host was very responsive and accommodating. I had a very late arrival and had no issues accessing the place. I felt very safe and the location was perfect for checking out the area away from the strip. Went to Red Rock Canyon. Also, the Lone Mountain Park right around the corner, was an awesome place to relax, walk or explore. If given the opportunity, I’d definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay

Everything as stated, and all very clean, very comfortable and peaceful. The kitchen was adequately appointed, the bed very comfy, and the AC worked well. I loved staying in this tiny house and hope to stay there again! It might feel small if you're a really tall or overweight person, but it was just right for me. Thank you for the great stay!

just what we needed

My husband and I spent a relaxing night in the tiny house. We were breaking up a long drive and just wanted to relax and watch a movie. Comfortable bed, safe location, just enough kitchen for dinner and breakfast. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Tiny House

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the tiny house for just a night. It ended up being the perfect last day to our vacation. We stayed on the strip for 3 nights and just one night in the tiny house was a perfect way to wind down! Super clean, everything worked and we felt very safe. 5 STARS!!

Perfect peaceful getaway

This was one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed at. It’s perfect for 1-2 people and everything is cleverly designed to maximize the space. It’s super clean with fresh smelling linens and sheets. Comfy bed, great little appliances & bathroom. There’s an awesome seating area outside where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Lisa was the perfect host and went above and beyond with communication when I was trying to book another stay. Can’t wait to go back!
