The Condo sleeps 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, 2 on a king bed and 2 on each of two queen beds. There are optional 2 sofa beds at the living area and also 2 role-away beds that can be placed if you need them (based on availability).
You will be renting the entire property. This is not a shared room. The Condo is an over 1250 square foot (about 90 sqm) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath.
The Condo has plenty of parking on the street in front of the building.

All utilities, wifi, Apple, Netflix, Basic cables TV are included in your rent. Please do not waste water, as Nevada is in a severe drought.

NO SMOKING inside the apartment please...
Or pay additional $450 for the Ozonating.
If you smoke inside the house and it stinks from smoke especially Marijuana (Yes, even if you have a permit) we have to call a cleaning company and run an Ozonator machine to get rid of the smells for the future guests to come, since this is an extra service we will have to charge you $450 for it, Simple DO NOT smoke in the house or Pay $450 for the ozonator service.

The Condo is not child proof, so please watch your children at all times. Please don't allow your children to paint, use markers, eat, in the living room or bedroom, or trample garden plants.

The Condo is secured by with a security camera outdoors only. There are motion sensors indoors, but nothing that invades your privacy in any way.

The front door is equipped with a keypad.
The Condo has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, washer dryer (laundry room outside), big screen TV, internet, and central heat and air.

We provide linens, towels, TP, soaps, shampoos, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
CHECK IN is at 3:00PM, and CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM.
Check in and out can be flexible compare available and time!! It can add extra fees!

Before check out,
Please wash and put away all your dishes, remove all opened food in the fridge, (condiments and unused food can be left), remove all your trash. Leave used beds unmade (do not strip them), so they can be checked for stains before laundering.
Do not just sleep on the couch uncovered. If stains cannot be removed you agree to be responsible for replacement.
This is a nonsmoking home. Responsible smoking allowed outdoors only. Be sure to use ashtrays and be sure that all butts are properly put out.
Do not use the yard as a ashtray, or leave trash laying around. No candles please.

Make sure air and heat are turned off before leaving for the day, or when checking out. Make sure all doors and windows are locked, and condo is secure before leaving for the day, and or checking out. Make sure stove or oven isn't left on, TV is off, and lights are turned off. Do not take our blankets outside for any reason. Blankets are to remain on beds.
We have done everything possible to provide a nice place to stay, so please respect the home and property, as well as a decent quite time as to not disturb the neighbors.10:00 PM is recommended for outdoor noise.

HOUSE PARTIES (As in renting the home to throw a party or event), is not allowed. No exceptions. NO FILM CREWS without permission. You may have a few family or friends over to visit. But nothing beyond that, and no overnight guests beyond what was stated when rented.
We will not be responsible for any injuries on the property, regardless of extent by use, or misuse. As a guest you agree to hold the property owners, and or management harmless from any legal action associated with your stay, by all occupants.
Upon requesting a reservation you agree to all the rules and terms set forth and agree to pay for any damages, and or excessive cleaning discovered. You agree to notify me of anything that needs attention, or any problems you encounter right away. You agree to be financially responsible if any of these rules are broken, keys are lost, or utilities are abused.
