- Every guest will need to provide a photo of their USA ID or passport and be identity verified.
- Waste collection day is Tuesday for both recycling and trash. Bins can be placed curbside by Monday evening and brought back out of sight Tuesday evening. Note that there is a strict penalty of $100 for bins left on the curb outside of this schedule!

- Park on my driveway or garage. Street parking is forbidden.

- The closet next to the half-bathroom downstairs is off-limits to guests.

- Use anything on the kitchen, fridge, microwave but please clean afterwards.

- You are responsible for cleaning all waste of your service animal. There is a backyard where they can do their business.

- Packages: only Amazon and couriers, no USPS.
