The perfect stay and location!

We were in town for a convention and after seeing the prices for the hotels on the strip we ended up all booking this house together. We were beyond impressed at the overall value and home. It was a perfect layout for everyone to have some privacy and yet had large open areas to gather. The home was a short ride to the strip and the convention center. We went during winter so we didn't use the pool, but it was great to gather around. Janie was extremely responsive, and the home was in great condition. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and we are already talking about coming back next year and staying here again for the builder convention. Thank you!

Honestly one of the best I've stayed at

I've stayed at a lot of different VRBOs with friends or family, and this has to be one of the best so far. First of all, the pool is absolutely stellar! Compared to other properties I've stayed at with a pool, this one was so clean and there was just so much space to lounge around it that we didn't have to worry about seating even for a large group such as ours. The kitchen was super well stocked and well laid out to facilitate cooking. We had everything we needed to have large group dinners without having to buy disposable plates/utensils. Not to mention all of the dishware was in good shape and not scratched out beyond repair teflon pans. Solid choice in cooking gear which was a super important thing for us. So many places to lounge around and just hang out. This was truly one of the things that had us staying at the house so much because we could all just relax and unwind together. TVs were in good shape and easy to connect to also. Plenty of bedrooms that had lots of storage space for people's stuff, and lots of extra blankets etc for people to use when chilling on the couches. Airplane noise was not an issue when indoors at all. The property was well insulated which helped a lot in keeping us cool as well. Only two gripes we could think of: - Internet was a tad spotty, had to reset router a few times - Pillow covers and bedsheets weren't the most comfy even if they were clean

Holiday Family Get Together!

I stayed here with my extended family (four grandparents, four parents, four kids (2-10yo) for a week. The house is really spacious and it was great to have the "mother-in-law" suite for my parents that wanted to be with us, but not in the thick of the chaos that comes with 4 grandchildren, all day. The location is on a quiet street that's 5 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes from anything we wanted to drive to (the strip, different neighborhoods in LV). The backyard is WAY larger than I anticipated. It has a huge fenced-in court (formally for tennis), decent green space, and a nice outdoor areas to drink your morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with basics. Even though this place is very close to the airport it didn't bother us while inside. The primary suite has a sizable walk-in closet that we ended up using as our toddler's room (dark, quiet, with outlets for sound machine and monitor camera). Overall we were not disappointed and would definitely look at this property again in the future if we come back to Las Vegas!

Birthday/ Anniversary Trip with Family

Me and my family truly enjoyed this house it was spacious enough for all 11 of us....all amenities worked and the location was 10-15 minute drive to all events....I would recommend this house ro others traveling to Vegas a a group or family.

Great stay close to Vegas

The house is very nice lots of room to move freely about and stocked with all the necessities. We specifically booked this house for the pool, the listing stated heated pool. We emailed to make sure the pool would be warm knowing evenings can get pretty chilly in Vegas. I was notified the fee to heat the pool would be an additional $250.00 this was very misleading in our opinion. I requested a explanation why as this is different than listed I received a second reply the fee is $250.00. We paid the additional fee and were glad we did it was chilly in the evenings.

Bigger and better than pictures indicate

This house is so big and nicely furnished. We spread out and had a great time there. A problem with the air conditioner was rapidly fixed by a very attentive and helpful host! I recommend this house to anyone visiting Las Vegas!

Excellent property and amazing value!

Had to come in to Vegas for business with the entire family. Found this property to be an outstanding choice. Great pool, kids had fun on the tennis courts and Plenty a room for friends to come over to have dinner! I would highly recommend this property!
