At Polo Towers, you will find yourself in the center of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Designed to provide you comfort without sacrificing convenience, Polo Towers offers a relaxing retreat from the energy of Sin City. Spend a day exploring the natural beauty of surrounding Southern Nevada and then immerse yourself in the excitement of the Las Vegas nightlife. Enjoy the resort amenities, including a fitness center, massage spa and rooftop pool. Spacious accommodations feature comfortable interiors and well-appointed kitchens.

Approximately 600 square feet, this 1 Bedroom Suite features 1 King Bed in the masters bedroom, 1 Sleeper sofa (Roll-away beds are based on availability and subject to a $20 charge.), within the living room with a full kitchen, dining area and 1 bathroom. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Fees Due Upon Check-in:

A credit card for a $250 security deposit and a daily $32.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking and a daily $32.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes BBQ grill(s), business center, fitness center, hot tub access, kid pool access, laundry access, local/toll-free calls, pool access and Wi-Fi. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Check-in at 4 pm, check out 10 am. 24 Hour Reception. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. Starting April 2, 2021, we will begin distributing pool wristbands. Upon using your room key to enter the pool gate, a pool attendant will ask for your Villa Number to determine how many wristbands to distribute based on the size of your room (a 1-bedroom will get 4 wristbands and 2-bedrooms and Penthouse Villas will get 6). Each day new wristbands will be distributed in a different color to differentiate between days. Should it break or get lost, simply show your room key to the attendant for a replacement band.The nearest airport to Polo Towers Suites is McCarran International Airport which is 3 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office is open 24 hrs to respond to your requests.

*** Parking Policy ***
Parking is limited at this resort. You may obtain a parking pass at check-in with a maximum of one pass per one bedroom, one per studio, and two per two bedroom. Effective November 1, 2021, on-site parking will be valet only ($20 per day) on a first-come, first-served basis. Paid self-parking options are available near the resort.

*** Pet Policy ***
Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

*** Smoking Policy ***
All guest suites are non-smoking, with the exception of guest suites on floors 9 and 12. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, electronic smoking devices, are not permitted in non-smoking guest suites. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside non-smoking guest suites.

Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.
