The linens in the property were very good. Check in was easy. Host was very responsive. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The home was clean. There were several issues that we reported to the host after our stay, which he indicated would be fixed: (1) no way to make ice; (2) non-working lamp in one of the bedrooms; (3) towel bar on master bath shower door broken; (4) one of the coverlets on twin bed dirty (which we laundered); (5) broken window in kitchen; (6) blinds in kitchen and bedrooms need to be replaced; (7) towels left in dryer and lint filter that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time; (8) dirty pool; (9) dirty patio including bird droppings on patio furniture.Again, the host was very good to work with, and I have full confidence that he will keep his word and take care of the issues we reported to him.

House was great! Location was great! Close to the 215 which we spent most of our time in Summerlin so that was nice. Kids loved the pool. House was clean and Arthur was fantastic to deal with. Always responded quickly and check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely will rent again!

Clean, quiet and well stocked - the coffee station and water bottles were a welcome surprise. My family of 4 stayed over Easter weekend 2025 and enjoyed being close to strip but in a quiet neighborhood. The host answered our questions quickly- great communication.

Perfect off the Strip Experience

Group of 60 girl trip to go see the Eagles at the Sphere. House was comfortable, good location to get to shopping, arts district and great restaurants. Artur was responsive and easy to deal with. Pool and back yard was nice.
