Wyndham requires a full name and address for guest confirmation, with valid photo ID, and must be at least 21 years of age.
You must message us the full name and physical address as it appears on the photo ID, of the person who will be checking in. Only this person may check the group in. Changes to the guest confirmation name will require a $99 change fee. This policy is STRICT and will not be waved.
A valid credit card will be required at check-in. There will be a $250 credit card hold which is released at check-out if there are no outstanding charges.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.
There is a daily activity calendar upon arrival. Children activities may include movies, crafts, or root beer floats, or crafts; Adult activities may include outings to local attractions, DJ at the pool, or on-site tastings from local breweries. Please be advised that reservations do not include daily housekeeping, you have the option to decline the daily housekeeping at check-in. If you decline, you will not be charged for daily housekeeping. The cost of daily housekeeping varies by room type as follows:

There are shuttles and taxi's available, if you want to visit downtown Vegas or anything past the Las Vegas strip.

The resort's Tower 3 will be undergoing renovations from September 2025 through March 2026. During this time, you may experience noise, dust, odor, and work crews. Dates are subjected to change.
You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resortâs Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.
Any violation of the resortâs Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damage has occurred.
