The accommodation location is close to UNLV and the airport and one of the best locations near the Strip. This is our Best Value listing and the room rates are comparable to the room standards and location and not comparable to the hotels on the Strip. We do have hotel listings with higher standards for a higher budget. You may search about the accommodation location prior to booking.

Upon arrival with daughter and a friend there were homeless people living on the balcony with their dog. We proceeded into the apartment and most of the lightbulbs were burnt out and weee able to get a couple lamps hooked up. After a quick walkthrough mice/rats had been under the sink and and tore things up there droppings also in the kitchen. None of the blinds works so we could not shut them for privacy and keep the parking light lamps from shining through. The toilet later holder was hanging off the wall in the bathroom, there wasn’t enough pillow cases for the pillows and the lamp in on bedroom the light was flickering on and off constantly. At that point I contacted management and told them this was not a safe and healthy place to stay, and we would be cancelling our stay and required a full refund and at 10:00 we left to go and find other accommodations for our stay. He request pictures and an explanation why we were leaving. We provided all of those items and never heard back. I followed up 3 days later and he told me our request had been sent to management for review. Last week we received our housekeeping deposit bet am still dealing with getting a refund.

I am very unsatisfied with my stay at this unit. While I was staying at the unit, I informed the property management that we observed rats at the unit I rented. Their sole - unacceptable - response was for me to take photo’s of the issue. We observed rats in the unit on three separate occasions; afterwards, my kids and wife were not able to sleep at night. Renting this unit was a complete & total terrible experience. Other less significant but concerning issues (in no particular order) include: - Multiple (four total) cockroaches were seen running around. - Unit has a stove but no pans to cook with, making the stove useless. - Unit has a fireplace that doesn’t work that we witnessed rats coming in and out of. - no warm blankets; it was very cold and only a skimpy blanket was provided for each bed, there should be extra blankets in a closet. - Home looks rundown like it was last renovated, maintained or decorated in the late 1970’s. - None of the window blinds work – not one goes up and down. The one in the main bedroom doesn't close all the way so people can readily see in from the parking lot, and sunlight is always coming in from that window. - Multiple closets in bedrooms, but not one clothes hanger, making the closets essentially useless. - Overall the entire home looks substandard and run down inside & outside. - Certain areas of the unit had a strange smell at various times. - Only one older low-resolution television for a three bedroom home is lacking,

Fire hazard furniture piled up in all closet spaces to include on top of water heater
Kitchen countertop in bad condition
Soap dispenser in shower is missing pieces and broken
