Motoconchos (motorcycle taxis) are the most common and affordable way to move around town.

Car rental is ideal if you want to explore nearby beaches or waterfalls like El Limón or Cosón. 🗺️

In certain seasons of the year it is possible to have beach mosquitos 🦟, we always have repellent 🧴 in the apartment.

Balcony doors 🚪 should be closed if ACs ❄️ are turned on, and when leaving to the beach 🏖️ during the day, it is not recommended to leave ACs on all day ⚠️.

Important : In Front of the building the Complex is making and preparing for a possible construction that at the moment is not confirmed , but have some part of the green Grass shown in the pictures that have been taken out .

1. Check-in/Check-out ⏰:

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM or later.

• Check-out time: By 11:00 PM (noon).



2. Maximum Occupancy 🧍‍♀️:

The apartment accommodates up to 10 guests. No visitors allowed.

This step is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.

All guests (each person staying in the apartment) must submit valid IDs and the required information through the Guest Pre Check-In Portal. This is necessary to receive your access codes and check-in instructions, ensuring a smooth check-in process upon arrival.



4. Quiet Hours 🤫:

To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



5. Smoking 🚭:

No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. Please use designated smoking areas outside the building.



6. Pets 🐾:

No pets allowed.



7. Parties and Events 🎉:

No parties or events allowed. Please respect the property and neighbors.



8. Damages and Breakages ⚠️:

Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay. Please report issues promptly so they can be addressed.

Use laundry facilities responsibly and dispose of trash in designated bins. Recycle when possible.

Be mindful of the surrounding community. Avoid loud noises in hallways or common areas to respect neighbors.



Note on Bedding and Linens 🛏️



If bedding (sheets, towels, pillowcases) is stained with substances such as blood, makeup, or similar products and cannot be properly cleaned, an additional charge will be applied for replacement.
