We are always available for questions, whether about the property or great hikes or restaurants. Most of the suggestions and answers can be found in the welcome binder. The full property is available for your enjoyment, no amenities are shared.

* Fully sanitized between guests, wiping down all commonly touched surfaces in addition to a thorough cleaning. Please reach out with any questions on this.
* No loud parties permitted!
* No smoking on property (including outside)! $250 fee!
* Our property is pet-friendly, and house-trained dogs are welcome to stay with prior approval!
* This is a new (6/25) property with new furnishings. We want our guests to enjoy the space. We also want our neighbors to be happy with our property being used as a short-term rental. This property is NOT a party house and guests/you are required to be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially between the hours of 9pm-8am. We look forward to hosting you!

RULES AND FEES SUMMARY
$65 for taking the garage remote and not returning it
$25 for failure to turn off the grill, propane tank, or gas stove knobs

PET POLICY
Our property is pet-friendly, and house-trained dogs are welcome to stay with prior approval! We charge an additional $45/night pet fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet before arrival.

* Pets must be approved before booking. Sorry, no cats.
* Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times and comply with local pet ordinances.
* Guests agree to report any damage caused by their dog promptly.
* Guests agree that their dog is housebroken.
* Guests agree that pets will not get on the furniture or bedding. There
will be a $100 additional fee if pet hairs are found on the furniture or bedding.
* Please clean up after your pup and properly dispose of their waste.
* Please, no personal pet beds or other pet items in the washer or dryer.
* No vicious or dangerous dogs with a tendency or disposition to attack other pets or humans are allowed.
