This 2-Bedroom and 2-bath vacation rental is located at Las Catalinas, a majestic Mediterranean-style beach town that is totally walkable, vehicle free, and offers many on-site amenities that will make your vacations unbelievable.



The Space:

Maybe the pictures don't do justice to how spacious this flat is! It is perfect for a family of 5 or two couples. It is located just steps from the beach and the trails while still being in the heart of town. A covered dining terrace that overlooks the lush, green Monkey Corridor gives the feeling of being out in nature from the comfort of home.



Seating throughout the interior, in an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as out on the porch, invite family and friends to hang out and relax between adventures. Natural wood beams, bright, white walls, and high ceilings will give you that all make the ample spaces feel welcoming.



The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a huge fridge, and all utensils needed to cook at your ease in front of a window that you'll bath in natural light. There is a bar with stools for two, for a chit-chat while cooking, or enjoy with family or friends at the table for 8 or in the comfortable seating spots in the living room, where you can enjoy your favorite movies or series, in the flat smart tv, cable not provided. Enjoy from any of the three terraces overlooking the Mediterranean-style town, where you can find a hammock and chairs for relaxing. It features a big terrace with plenty of seats and a large BBQ to enjoy a gathering outside.



The Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and bathtub. Also, you'll find a double vanity with plenty of room for storage, there is an ample closet, and a desk with 2 chairs, for your convenience. In the guest bedroom, there is a bunk bed with one queen bed, one single bed, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, and a closet. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



The house is fully stocked with other bonus items for your personal use, such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more. We also include complimentary amenities like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo and soap. This vacation home is fully A/C and offers high-speed Wi-Fi.



The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee.
